I only write reviews when I get outstanding experience. I experienced the real sense of hospitality which lacks in general in Europe. Philip, the reception manager is kind and thoughtful. For my small asks, he could have shrugged them away as generally happens in European countries. But he found solutions. I called to see how to make the AC work, I was told there is no air conditioning for cooling. But in some time, he brought me a standing fan which was a pleasant surprise and made my stay comfortable during the hot summers. Thank you Philip and also the other girl, who did not speak much, but was generous and helping too.
