格拉西亞船上酒店(Botel Gracia)

Posto veramente meraviglioso. Ci siamo trovati come a casa. Da la reception a carico di Romi, Mijail e gli altri; sempre gentili ed educati con grande voglia di aiuto e servizio. Alex al bar a servito mia madre come una regina. Le donne al ristorante per la collazione sempre preste a dare il suo meglio. In totale una bella esperienza. Ringrazio a tutto lo staff.

Non è un hotel 5* ma se siete di passaggio a Bratislava per 1 o 2 notti va più che bene (soprattutto per rapporto qualità/prezzo). Camere calde e ben organizzate (letti non proprio morbidi ma ci si può adattare). Personale cortese e pronto ad aiutarti. Colazione buona. Posizione top: in un minuto stai sia al centro sia alla stazione dei bus per Vienna.

The worst hotel! First, the smell. The room smells like mold, and the bathroom smells like sewage. Really strong smells. Our shower support was broken. We asked them to Fix the shower two times and nothing was done. After that, we asked for change the room and nothing was done again. The hotel wasn’t full but they still made us stay in a smelly and no shower room. Its a simple hotel, low cost. We can hear the noise from the rooms. Definely we are never coming back, and we suggest you to search for another hotel.

Located on the left bank of the river Danube this hotel affords an excellent base for discovering the delights of Bratislava and also further afield. We stayed as a party of five split between three rooms. The rooms were very dated and all floors had the appearance that they had not been vacuumed between customers. Between the three rooms we had a broken shower, reported twice but not fixed, no air conditioning and only one fan between us, plugs missing from sinks, no safe, no tea/ coffee making facilities only these could be purchased at reception. The curtains had missing hooks and did nothing to block out the early sunrise, the net curtains were faded and ripped, the walls are paper thin and throughout the night you can hear the music blasting out from the nearby bars. Breakfast is served on the top floor bar which looks as though it has had an upgrade in recent years and there is a small terrace should you wish to sit outside. The selection is limited with sausages, scrambled and boiled eggs providing the hot items along with cold meats, cheese and the usual cereals and breads. After the first morning of our seven night stay they ran out of tea bags and after asking several times these were never replaced. The outside of the the hotel could do with a lick of paint along with the corridors and doors. Transport to Budapest, Vienna or Devin Castle is just 5 minutes away by either boat or bus. The delights of Bratislava are just a short 10 minute walk away although the train station is a 30 minutes by foot. All in all if your looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful in a great location without certain comforts then this could be the place for you.

Nos quedamos solo una noche para conocer la ciudad de Bratislava. La ubicación es excelente, mejor imposible. El barco es antiguo pero confortable, no se nota nada el movimiento. A 5 mins caminando de la parada del bus con origen en Viena y a 20 minutos de la estación central de autobuses, y al lado de todos los monumentos a visitar. La habitación era más grande de lo que me esperaba. No tiene aire acondicionado, pero tiene un ventilador bastante potente. Nos tocó una habitación en el sótano pero con muy buenas vistas del Danubio. Como punto a destacar el desayuno, bastante variedad para ser un barco "pequeño" y los huevos revueltos excelentes.

Boatel Gracia is a mixed bag. The rooms are very simple, with no refrigerator and no air conditioning (despite air conditioning being claimed on their web page). The night receptionist was friendly, but the daytime person was crabby. Also, booked a river view room and was given the city view. However, the price - although not very cheap - was normal for the city center, and the views and convenience to the city center is great - the best part.
