Poor hotel condition, room smell, unclean bath tub, water wouldn’t drain, hairs sticker in drainage

The staff was veryy friendly especially KARLA she was really ! but when it came to the room the floor was disgusting stains from the night before and the toliet had feces that hadnt been cleaned off the sofa i had in the room was full of stains like it hadn't been wiped in a while pillow cases had makeup still on it i was afraid to sleep in the bed cause i didnt know if the sheets were clean and i didnt want tell management's cause #1 it should of been properly cleaned #2 there was an extra charge for any house keeping that i dont think i should have to pay for something that should've ben done i paid for the deluxe room you would think management would double check there workers work overall i left a my reservation the one day in advance cause i just didnt feel clean

Kitchen contained ONLY 1 towel, 1 dinner plate, 1 salad plate, 1 bowl, 1 knife, 1 fork, 1 butter knife, 1 drying rack, small packets of dish soap, and NOTHING ELSE. A card said if we wanted anything else, contact the front desk and they would provide them. Cabinets were dirty, sticky, and very worn. Floor was dirty. Drawers were dirty. Sink had no stopper. Bathtub had large black gouges and no stopper.

No desk clerk for over 20 minutes when i tried to check in. The clientele appeared to be mostly people with addiction problems as well as non-citizens. The site was not well kept and the interior of the lobby was a mess as well as being inconveniently located.

The room appeared dirty but I was told things are old not dirty. But into my second night, I saw roaches! I would have left but it was late night early morning. Plus, I smoke and the only place to do that was in the back where there was no protection from the weather

There were almost no kitchen supplies. You have to ask the front desk for utensils, plates, glasses, paper towels, etc. There was NO ICE MACHINE at the property. Room was old, worn, and not adequately cleaned. No stoppers for kitchen sink or bathtub. Tub had deep black scratches and was discolored.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was nasty dirty, the shower towels were dirty and I couldn’t even get more. The bed was crocked, the room smelled nasty and the service was aweful! Never again!
