The mattresses were uncomfortable, with weak and uneven springs that made sleeping difficult throughout the night. The pillows were also of very poor quality and offered no proper support. By the way, this was my first trip, i enjoyed it a lot, there were many animals there, i played with them and it was a very quiet place, there was a view of the mountains behind, i enjoyed it a lot.

The stay was wonderful as well as the food. The staff was cordial and helpful. We were well taken care of.

The hotel has a great heritage building but most of it is under maintenance. There are no lake view rooms. The rooms are big and nicely done up but not very comfortable. Service is slow and food is very average. They don't serve non veg. No eggs in breakfast is a total heart breaker. Still needs to improve a lot.
