Wonderful location and beautiful ambience. Bfast was good and the rooms was cozy. We have a good rest.

The hotel was very good. Quite luxurious. Neat and clean. Friendly and helping staff. Gaming zone was also nice. The food was average. The room was huge and spacious. The bathroom was also very spacious. The view from the balcony was amazing! suggestions: they can add an ac as it is getting hotter these days. The see-through glass window can be omitted. The balcony of family room should have a few extra chairs. Altogether, the was very nice. Thank you.

Pros: Secure parking Good food Good views of the valley from roof terrace Clean, large, modern room Friendly, helpful staff Cons: Few insects in the room Not as close to the centre of Shimla as I expected

Amazing food! great hospitality! wooden house was very nice to stay! the food was homely! overall highly recommended!

Our stay at Kasauli Exotica was really enjoyable. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all times. The food was extremely well made. The rooms were warm and the balcony was a cherry on the cake as we could enjoy the beautiful view.
