提供早餐的幫托塔酒店

我從來沒有在旅行中浪費這麼多神經。1-預訂了日期,每個人都確認,最後,主人寫了他不能在最後兩晚住宿,這是他們的錯誤,同意搬到另一個酒店。到達後,我們發現房間會給我們(在我們的要求之後)。2-房間被預訂與早餐,結果,主人只付了沒有早餐的房間。我們被告知,這不是第一次(我不明白主人爲什麼不解決這個問題,把責任推給客戶,他不是直接訂的,而是通過中間人,說這不是我的問題)。主人說他很讚美,我們已經叫了早餐了,這真是令人不快。早餐時,幾乎有一面包(我們根本不吃麪包,不得不吃,因爲沒有地方去吃),後,我們得到了一些多樣性,第一次遇到這種恐怖。主人與三角洲合作,確保他與他們無關,也不知道他們。  另外:酒店是乾淨的,陽台上很漂亮。就這樣。沒有人會建議留在這裏,附近有酒店,這個蓋斯豪斯的地點留下了希望。沒有直通到海灘的道路,只有車,最後至少30-40路花了幾分鐘到海洋。

I stayed at Nyne Hotel recently and it truly felt like a five-star experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their professionalism and warmth. They were attentive, punctual and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery, set in a peaceful garden close to the sea. It's very calm and relaxing, the perfect place to switch off and enjoy nature. The food was exceptional. Each dish was carefully prepared and presented, more like something you would expect from a Michelin-star restaurant than a typical hotel. It was both delicious and beautifully done. l've stayed in many places around the world, but Nyne Hotel really stands out. The combination of the setting, the food and the genuinely professional staff makes it a special place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bentota.

和家人一起入住了王子海灘酒店本託塔。這家酒店最大的亮點絕對是地理位置優越,就在海灘邊,對我們來說非常方便和愉快。然而,整體清潔度,服務,設施都一般,可以做一些改進。工作人員很有禮貌,但體驗沒有完全符合預期。由於更好的維護和升級設施,這家酒店有很大的潛力,因爲位置真的很棒。

Хороший отель на берегу океана, с отличным дизайном в колониальном стиле, обслуживащий персонал очень приветливый, еда вкусная, но очень много вопросов к чистоте, пыль в комнатах вообще протирают или нет? Текстиль нужно полностью поменять

The owner settled me in a one-room apartment instead of a two-room apartment with a terrace, balcony, kitchen, refrigerator without all these amenities. There was only one working socket for charging gadgets and a kettle. But though the room was clean and there was an aircon inside. Bedsheets were clean as well. They also provide a towel for free. As for bath and toilet it was also clean. There was hot water but no shampoo/shower gel in bath cabins. But there was a toilet paper. There was a kettle in the room. As for cold drinking water they don't provide it. Internet connection wasn't working all the time. There was a pretty good breakfast with fried 2 eggs, 4 tosts (but 2 of them were from old dried bread), butter and jam, fruits (3 pieces of watermelon and papaya, 2 bananas) and 2 drinks as tea/coffee and freshly made juice. Located in 5 mins walking distance from beach. The staff was accomodating and helpful.

小型兩層酒店5-6房間,位於3岸邊,步行到海邊10分鐘,在2樓有海景的房間,一樓有房東住,停車他們的,還有兩間房間。房間中間有兩間有房,其中一間有牀和櫃子,另一間有兩間椅子和冰箱。所有樓上房間都走到一個普通的露台上,有座椅可以休息,可以透過海的燈光看。傢俱是古董,房間本身也是的。牀上有蚊帳。香、空調、牙刷都沒有。只有一片肥和廁紙。小院子裏有游泳池和午餐區,提供早餐。早餐不錯,有蛋糕、麪包、和新鮮水果。還看到鄰居們請主人爲他們做晚餐, 不感興趣. 有好處。一切相對較近,酒店對面的海灘晚上滿是蘭卡人,但左邊幾乎沒有人。水是乾淨的。附近有一家食品店和咖啡館。晚上是黑的,星星的景色很美。主人很漂亮, 有反應, 努力. 缺點之一:鐵路經過幾個房子。下午沒聽見,但早上不會讓你睡早餐。還會醒來唱鳥。早晨兩天一連串的警報響起,可能是因爲海週年紀念。空調也發出噪音. 一般來說, 雖然要求的人不喜歡這個地方.

Location of the property is amazing! rooms are fine, very less light, clean washroom but the usability is an issue
