Room description not indicated (no view or miuntainview) unlke with other booking app. Our room was noisy because of the exhaust. It was hot in the room and with poor ventilstion.

Great place to stay..best choice we change here on our 2nd day in baguio.. the room were aesthetically great,with the municipal hall view and street.place were near in burnham and its in the center .. we love the space all of it i wish we couldve stayed more.. value for money, amenities were all perfect , from toiletries and cofee and heater inside. Cute space but undeniably great for couples. Friendly staff and approachable the servc were really superb too..welcomming and warm..hope our nxt trip we will stay here again..thank you so much😍😊trully value for money and really budget frien

This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

我們最近住在這家酒店,總的來說,這是一次很好的體驗。酒店本身乾淨衛生,維護良好,友好和樂於助人的員工使我們的住宿愉快。 房間也乾淨舒適,特別是浴室一塵不染,沒有事先使用的跡象或任何惡臭。然而,缺乏排氣扇意味着任何氣味都留在裏面。此外,房間沒有窗戶可以打開新鮮空氣流通。雖然有空調,但仍然感覺空氣流通不好。 早餐還可以,沒什麼特別的。選擇相當有限,所以你只剩下可用的東西了。相比伊麗莎白酒店,更實惠,提供更合胃口的自助早餐,品種更多,這有點讓人失望。 至於設施,酒店提供按摩浴缸和溫水游泳池,這在理論上是很棒的。然而,他們位於餐廳中間的位置使其難以使用,因爲游泳時可能會有觀衆。 我們還嘗試了夾層水平的日本餐廳,食物很好,價格實惠,但生魚片切得太厚了大約一英寸,很難吃。 儘管有這些小不便,我強烈推薦這家酒店,因爲它的卓越清潔。如果清潔是您的首要任務,這家酒店是一個偉大的選擇!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 飯店乾淨，房間氣味清新，入住/退房手續便捷，員工熱情友善。無線網路連線良好。 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 自助早餐：食物美味，但選擇有限，通常都是豬肉/牛肉，希望也有蔬菜和海鮮。希望有蛋，不要現場煮，不然排隊會很長。 ⭐️⭐️ 如果您有車，這裡是最佳位置😊 只是離市區有點遠。出租車不多，所以你真的別無選擇，你可以預訂 GRAB（Grab 的出租車費為 200+，但如果你是常客，則為 100 或更少）有一件事是爬到酒店主大廳令人頭暈目眩，如果你不習慣開車，螺旋坡道真的很陡峭，我希望有人協助你上下車，這樣你們就不會撞到彼此，避免發生事故。
