「我對酒店的評價:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 無論從哪種標準來看,住在酒店是一次絕妙的體驗! 接待員非常友好,工作人員協作,客人們的舒適。房間乾淨舒適,設計優雅,讓人安靜安靜。 酒店早餐種類繁多,而且地理位置優越,靠近所有服務和旅遊景點。 感謝酒店管理層對那些小細節的關注,這會產生很大的不同,我肯定會很快再來一次❤️」

「Fantastic location - lots of nearby restaurants and small grocery stores, and a 7 minute walk to Sulaimaniyah metro station. The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful, though the room was not routinely serviced and only upon request. Despite some of the reviews, I had no issue with the internet connection and used it regularly for browsing and video calls. The main negative aspect is the facilities - the room was very small with no window. There was no prayer mat provided and to be honest hardly enough room to pray in the room anyway (and the hotel's prayer room in the basement was like a very dirty storage room). The bathroom is a wet room, which is fine, but then the hotel should provide a squeegee mop to clear the water. Even all of this can be tolerated for the reasonable room price, but the lack of a desk or even a chair in the room makes it totally unsuitable for business travellers.」
