Nice rooms and common areas with tons of amenities. Ski lifts are just a few steps away. Dining options are decent (wine list is fantastic) and they have tons of options for families to book - like bowling alley, media rooms, billiards room, etc.

Great location and friendly staff. The ski vallet was amazing. All of the hotel is clearly a little dated. Decent breakfast variety, but unable to keep up with the breakfast run (both weekend and weekdays). Out of 7 nights we only managed to get housekeeping twice despite requesting it. Very kids friendly aquatic center although the main kids pool was closed 3 days.

Obnoxious staff at the front desk. Bare minimum is an understatement. Been going there for many years but never again. Lost this guest.

I was hesitant to book this place because it was so expensive, but after showing up to the resort, the staff was very helpful for any need and our room was very nice and extremely clean…. Being able to walk to the slopes right out your back door was a huge plus because ski valet took very good care of us.!! We were able to rent the bowling alley one night and we had really great family time competing against one another for top score! The staff at the front desk was willing to help us with any need that we wished ! Overall, it was an expensive stay, but I would do it again in a heartbeat, because it was totally worth it

We thought we purchased a one bedroom with a studio with a sofa bed and a Murphy bed. Instead it was a room with a bed and sofa bed. A sign was on the fireplace it was out of order the whole time. Little value for the price.

Ski in Ski out is excellent with first rate Valet service.

Beautiful property and location. We never received the bottle of wine as ******* promised per my reservation. The gas fireplace in our condo did not work.

We stayed in late September. The resort was very empty - not sure we saw another guest while there. Rooms were nice and clean.

The staff was so friendly! I also loved the shuttle service and breakfast buffet. Plus, you can beat the views. Also very family friendly!

Nice property but showing its age. The pool/hot tub areas are not up to par with competitors on the mountain and were a bit disappointing. Free breakfast was a plus, and the food was very good with good options. A pleasant stay over all.

This is at a location over 10000 ft above sea level and if we had known we would have acclimatized accordingly! We ended up going on Oxygen at night. Otherwise it is a beautiful property. Only thing is lack of food options at the hotel.

Great Place to vacation!! Little far from shopping and restaurants. The Bus is great !!

A lot of $$$$ for an average room. I feel like last summer I paid $350 and got a huge 2 bedroom
