Breakfast options were adequate. Entire facility was clean. Room cleaning only every other day. Beds comfortable. Web access good.

Our double queen room is spacious, light, comfortable and clean. We parked our car in a convenient parking lot beneath the hotel. Our room has a great view of the sound and overlooks two ferry landings. It has been quite entertaining to watch traffic. There are many restaurants and stores in easy walking distance. We came to Bremerton to see a band perform, and it was great to be able to walk to the theater. The area is safe, and we felt comfortable walking back to the hotel late at night.

Nothing to do with the hotel, the guests next to us were noisy. When we walked out to go to dinner, all we could smell was **** and smoke in the elevators and outside the hotel. I don't blame the hotel though. It was clean and the staff helpful and our room was clean. The breakfast staff was super friendly and nice.

You can’t close the bathroom door because it is so dark in the bathroom even with lights turn on. The street outside is noisy.

This hotel was very clean and felt modern yet comfortable. The breakfast was more than I expected and the location makes it very convenient.

This is one of the best Hampton Inns I've been to, the evening receptionist and the next morning's receptionist were very friendly, and sincere, and very good at their profession. Happy and expert assistance. The next morning, the lady who was temporarily performing the hard work of setting up the breakfast, her name is Christina, she was very friendly and happy, and helpful, and let us know that she would leave the drinks available for a bit after 10 am (after closing time) as my family was not quite done eating breakfast. She is a great example of a friendly and considerate employee, and it's because of her and her associates at the front desk, that we will be back here again. Thank you for your excellent service !!! The property is a little old but nice. The people are friendly and great to talk to. The blinds in the room were electric and were not working right. I would like to see daily room cleaning come back.

We stayed one night for tournament.The room with 2 queen beds are good，only not satisfied is the air conditioner was too noisy , so that we had to switch it off at night. The breakfast was good.

Hallways smell horrible, room shower had a lot of water damage, front desk computer not working so took awhile to check us in. Front desk was very apologetic and frustrated but couldn’t do anything about it. Hotel is great location but really need a good refresh. Starting to show its age
