華盛頓山歐姆尼度假村(Omni Mount Washington Resort)

This property was immaculate. We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of this historic building, the rooms, the pool, the grounds. Even through there was work being done to maintain the property - the maintenance folks did an amazing job keeping the area clean. The food was amazing. Our kiddos were pretty burnt out on the same chicken fingers, pasta, hamburger, pizza, and such - they ordered off the adult menu for more variety. Not sure if our kiddo's pallets are more defined, but they loved the shrimp cocktail (sans the cocktail sauce - buy loved the tarter sauce). Our son loved the clams and dipping the bread in the sauce. They also loved the capresse salad, and calamari. The only item we didn't care for was the blacken sword fish at the Stickley Restaurant. We were expecting the fish to be prepared with blacken spices and pan seared - this item was honestly burned in the pan and served very dry with blanched romaine lettuce. I was not edible. Not sure what the miss was here - but it was the only hiccup in an otherwise perfect experience. The spa was lovely and Lacey does an amazing mani/Pedi! Her specialty is facials, so if she's as amazing at facials as with nails - would love to arrange for that service next time. Relaxing on the patio with a glass of wine nibbling off the cheese and meat board was heavenly - looking out over the mountains and the beautiful cascading clouds. We'll definitely be back. What amazing experience and location to see.

The veranda is unbelievable and the service is great. The huge entrance hall could use some flowers. The rooms are tired but acceptable. In our room the bathroom door lock was on the bedroom side. Weird. The free breakfast coffee, no bites, in the princess room is not real coffee. The downstairs coffee bar has bites and coffee but the wait may be long. We had lunch and dinner on the veranda and loved it even though we could not see Mount Washington because of the clouds. Service was excellent and prices reasonable. I would like to see a little bit more modern comfort but my spouse was against it. So don’t worry.

The quality has dropped over the past few years. The staff is friendly but not very helpful and there is no printed information you would normally find about activities; services; checkout; etc. no valet parking and the wait for anyone to take bags to the room was outrageous and the walk to the Presidential wing was very long, no assistance with where to take the car to unload bags closer since we had to take them ourselves; the specialty checkin line was not staffed. The website has little info and it is not updated. All this being said the view was gorgeous and the food amazing and again the staff was friendly which makes up for so much these days

Was not happy at all ,nothing opened for guests to do ,no in room service available just wanted a nice morning at spa for my wife and breakfast in room ,had to spend $80.00 and got my own breakfast in take out boxes and tray of drinks and had to carry to room something not right .And please don’t take reservations if you are doing construction on half property pretty embarrassing to guests ,do you think ?

The hotel is located in a beautiful area. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. The trails around the hotel lead to amazing natural beauty. The one complaint that I have is about a noisy wedding crowd one evening.

hotel looked beautiful from outside but inside needed a lot of updates. dining options were bad considering the price we paid. don’t do stickney’s restaurant, steaks were expensive but poorly cooked.

From the looks everything seemed nice. When we got lost for hours in the hallways and elevators of the presidential wing all was over. Panicked banging for help on walls even using the elevator and emergency button and spoke with authorities. Still nobody ever came untill we finally found back to our room on the third floor. Then while on the phone with 911 were by the night security asked to leave. Definitely an experience. Needless did we know this is America's 1st most ******* hotel! We never knew. Now that we do we will go back.

Beautiful property at base of mountain. Main dining room dinner was delicious. This is an old hotel, so you just have to accept all the squeaky doors, floors, noise from adjoining rooms and those overhead. Overall a lovely hotel
