體驗極差。工作人員非常不配合，至少應該對顧客體諒一些。我的行程有變，所以申請了退款，可惜他們根本不肯退款，我的錢就這樣打了水漂。

入住體驗很棒，員工服務態度非常好，房間也很乾淨，下次一定還會入住。

The accommodation was fine but there were two downsides. There is public parking on the road around the corner but it is very busy and difficult to find a space. We also had a triple room which was comfortable but it fronts onto a busy noisy main road. Good value for money

I stayed here last night and had a really pleasant experience overall. The room was cozy and warm, which made it feel instantly comfortable and welcoming after a long day. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the tea and coffee facilities—those little extras always make a difference. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the lovely resident cat, who I completely adored. Such a charming and unique touch that really made the place feel homely. There was a small issue with slight mould in the shower room, which could use some attention, but it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. All in all, a nice stay and I’d happily come back again.

No parking which was a little problem to unload our bags. With double yellow line outside the place.The communication was great. Our 2 rooms had everything we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much

Woke up the following morning with bites all over my body and we could hear every noise from the other tenants

It was a clean comfy room.very noisey outside but that isnt thier fault .it a pity the shared kitchen not available any more.a long mirror on wall would of been nice as well.the owner seemed nice when i briefly met him.easy to get in.

Very disappointing Despite the communication with the Guest House team being good prior to arrival, we were somewhat disappointed with the accommodation. How others can rate this as 5/5 is beyond me. Guest House advertises as having 'free parking' this is totally misleading, there is no parking at all at the premises guests have to park in nearby street parking or local car parks subject to availability. We found ourselves driving around the location for maybe 30 mins or more looking for parking space, not really what we wanted after a 4 hour drive! We booked the 'Suite, En Suite' which was meant to be x1 Single Bed & x1 Double Bed, which is advertised as having Separate Bedroom, DVD Player, Kitchen, Dishwasher, Toaster, Microwave, CookWare and utensils. What we got was one room with 3 single beds and no amenities except a kettle & cups and towel. Finally the bathroom, there was a horrible sewage smell possibly coming up from the drains in the shower or sink. Not a place we can recommend.

Fantastic Absolutely lovely stay, really friendly place, will definitely come back and can’t wait. Felix the cat is gorgeous
