The hotel is only ok, despite being refurbed by its current owners (Harrison Leisure Group) The rooms are clean, it's cheap and cheerful. What makes it a good experience (despite not offering breakfast) is the enthusiasm of Kirsty (who checked me in, and showed me to my room). Her bubbly enthusiasm, and obvious love for the place, is something that money can't buy. Harrison Leisure take note, your employees are the front face of your group, look after them. Karaoke is my thing, so I had a great time (thanks Micky Dee)......and I'd be happy to stay there again......as a solo traveller. Keep smiling.

說實話，我從來沒有在這麼糟糕的地方停留過，每晚 75 英鎊，也許應該是這個價格的一半。房間很小、很髒，羽絨被底部都掛著絨毛，沒有熱水，開了好久，坐在馬桶上它就動了，甚至沒法洗澡，因為底座周圍都是黴菌。卡珀看起來就像是被剪刀剪過以適合房間大小一樣。上面還有奇怪的污漬。酒吧區很不錯，女招待很熱情，健談，酒吧晚上 9 點半左右關門，所以不得不去別處。我不是那種會批評酒店的人，我住過很多酒店，但很抱歉這家酒店需要在房間上花錢才能達到良好的標準，我在其他酒店付過同樣的錢，而他們的標準都很好。所以對我來說，這是👎，要避免。

Absolute dive of an establishment. Has not seen any refurbishment since around the 1970's. Has an open door policy as in the the front door does not lock so any one can gain entry to the property with impunity to the hotel area. Bar staff there act like it's a youth club and have the maturity of a 12 year old. Advertises as a sports bar, does not even have sky sports and in receipt of an ancient pool table. the room was not too bad but I imagine not a lot lot of asylum seekers would not take up permanent residency there.

Lovely clean rooms nice and warm and cosy... very friendly staff ...and an ideal location...we have been coming for years ..but due to circumstances not been for a while but still very pleased as always thank you for a great stay

nice place to go with friends and family for a regular night without young people being rowdy. brilliant place, with both sides being more lively and the other being calmer, staff were very nice, helpful and informative of where to go afterwards

Great, warm friendly place to stay and very close to the promenade and beach activities, my Daughter loved staying here with me. Bev is a great landlord and is very friendly host. We stayed in room 4 which had a nice view down the high street with a Large bay window with plenty of sunlight.

Appreciate the Manager/Owner is trying to make a go of it in difficult times but the room was simply not worth the £80 charge with no breakfasts. It was a very basic 'workman' type twin room with a serious musty/stale smoke odour and heavily stained carpet. We were there for one night and checked out at 5.30am as did not want to stay any longer. At £40.00 we might have said at least it was a bed, but at £80 we feel robbed. Never again...

Dirty minging dump! Staircase out of 1970 horror film and filthy! Rooms were filthy, noise was unreal... If this was on four in a bed no one would have paid! Complete rip off MANKY!!! Beds cheap crap windows filthy, shower filthy, carpet filthy, just a complete dump and £80.....
