All good except for the howling dog in the next room. Apparently, the hotel allows people to leave “well behaved” dogs alone in the room. The desk clerk didn’t seem to care. Will go elsewhere next time.

We stayed here for one night during our drive between Zion National Park and Grand Teton National Park. Great little hotel away from the bustle of Salt Lake City. It's quiet and comfortable, with very friendly staff. Recommended.

We've loved the Hampton Inn in Brigham City and have stayed many times. However, this time there was noticeable soap scum in the base of the shower, and the shower didn't contain the water; it spilled out onto the tile floor making it very slick. We have a roll-in shower at home that doesn't do this; it's a construction problem. The water fountains in the hall were out of order. I know the motel is about 10 years old now, and there is wear and tear, but those things need to be fixed. The service was perfect as was the breakfast. Caterina brought out fresh cinnamon rolls that were awesome!

As a HH member I found the login for wifi frustrating. It was aimed at getting people to sign up for HH. Staff did tell me how to bypass but it was still heavy sell. Not sure it is good for the brand.

We have stayed at this hotel before it is a well managed, clean place to stay. A convenient location with at least two good restaurants nearby staff are excellent and very helpful.

We arranged with ******* to have a king size bed and when we got there they sold out all of the king size rooms and we were stuck with 2 queen beds after we paid extra. The staff was not helpful and courteous at all to accommodate us even though they sold a king size right before us.

The gentleman that ran the kitchen / dining room is a definite plus to your company. Keep great employees like that. All staff were great but he stood out the most. Thanks. Great stay!!!

The lady who checked us in was more interested in playing on her phone and was not very friendly which was disappointing since I've come to expect employees of this brand to be overly friendly. There were several things out of order including the drinking fountain and ice machine on my floor. In our room, the coffee machine had to be moved across the room to plug in and then did not work, the fridge was also not plugged in and frankly I was too tired to move out the whole tv stand unit to see if I could plug it in, the outlet in the bathroom kept tripping, and to top it off no microwave in the room. The hall also smelled like pee and the area was kind of sketch where it is located. I stay at Hampton Inns all the time, but I will not be back to this one.
