Good value for the price paid

I truly loved the customer service and comfortability of the room. The staff was so welcoming and my room had a good aroma with a lovely bed I slept deeply on. Definitely would book again.

Clean room comfortable bed friendly lady at the desk Great for a road side stay

Room was recently renovated so in good condition. Room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable, staff was pleasant and efficient.

Our check in went fine - no problems there. Room was clean. There was no sink area in the bathroom - only in the coffee area. The pillows were small and VERY lumpy. A loveseat beside the bed looked and felt fairly worn and the reclining button on one side was broken. I asked the receptionist the night before what time breakfast was served and she stated 6:00 and that it was a continental breakfast (none of the good stuff, like eggs, she said). The next morning we began loading our car just before 6:00 and there was no one in the breakfast area putting food out and the light was not turned on. We came to check out at 6:00 and it was still the same - no one putting food out and the light still turned off. I asked the receptionist and she said, "Oh, the light is behind the door". We went in and turned the light on to find a very small amount of food available, with absolutely no indication of how long it had been sitting there (it was definitely not fresh that morning). There were a few muffins and some slices of white bread, a couple of types of cereal in dispensers and three apples that did not look fresh in a bowl. There were no bagels with cream cheese (verified this with the receptionist). The food looked so old and stale that we didn't dare try it - we went down the street to McDonald's. The morning receptionist acted like she was not interested in folks coming and going. We will certainly avoid staying at this hotel in the future and do not recommend it.

Hotel was under construction and did not give me any sort of warning. Not at all what I was expecting from the pictures shown

This property is undergoing renovation and I imagine it will be lovely.Staff is very friendly.

First room given was unacceptable. 2nd room given was unacceptable. We settled on the third room only because we already paid and were tired. Tub had soap scum. Chair was filthy dirty. Walls were scraped and marked. Pool was half full with stuff floating around. In process of painting. Blinds didn’t fit. 1930s furniture in lobby. Skimpy breakfast. Brown dingy carpeting looked dirty. Bed skirts were falling off. Generally very, very disappointing.
