布里斯班市中心曼特拉酒店(Mantra Midtown Brisbane)

Good location in centre of town, but very average for price. Dingy reception area and average staff. Two bedroomed Apartment was very small and balconies were even smaller with no view except for backs of adjoining buildings. There were only two of us but had there been two couples we could not have got 4 chairs on balcony! Or even 4 chairs around a small circular table. No bedside clock in bedroom, no tissues and some of shelves in kitchen you would need a step ladder to reach things! Personally I think it was over priced for what it was.

Has potential to be a good place to stay but our room was not clean (carpet not nice at all, kitchen area poorly cleaned, all felt a bit old and dated). Felt very cramped in the room - too much furniture and not enough space. Kitchen was not well equipped - old, badly scratched frypans and pots that we could not use. Internet didn't work at all at the higher levels but they didn't tell us that when we checked in and so after about 5 minutes of trying to get the internet to work, we rang down to reception and they immediately said oh yes the internet doesn't work up that high, come down and get a dongle. It would have been much easier to have been upfront about it at the time and offered the dongle then and there. If you wanted any fresh air by opening the balcony doors, it was so, so noisy - and the noise was all the time. Road noise but also the aircon units running at all the surrounding buildings. Shame about the pool too - very small and pretty much always in the shade and the sauna never got very hot at all. In addition, we rang the hotel ahead of time to seek assistance in terms of accommodating a disability but they were not prepared to do anything. Fortunately there was one staff member who kindly tried to help us after we had been there 3 nights. Definitely not an inclusive accommodation provider.

Good location and centrally located . One lift not working . Bathrooms mouldy and ceiling fans full of dust . Balcony also dirty . Good lay out and design . Hot second bedroom as no aircon . Tv in main bedroom didn’t work . Shame as potential to be great but lacking tlc

The room was perfect. fitted out with everything.. Very clean & quality linen & Towels.. would stay again. All staff very helpful.Didnt have time to utilize the Gym.. Didn't have breakfast. Although very handy to Woolworths & shops in Queen st Mall.

The location of this apartment hotel is nice, right in the middle, around the corner from pedestrian streets and restaurants and coffee shops, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and I even had two balconies. Unfortunately the cleanliness in the room left something to be desired. A bed sheet was dirty, the corners hadn't been wiped for a long time and I don't even want to know what else was lurking. The hallway smelled very, very unpleasant, probably like the garbage chute there. That's probably why I would choose a different hotel next time, despite the nice staff and spacious rooms.

Bedroom very cramped. Small room large bed. Bed was comfortable and a queen size. Cleanliness was average. Curtains and block out blind filthy. Carpet looked like it needed a good steam clean. Seating area in lounge uncomfortable and in need of an update. WIFI terrible though this could have been because we were on a higher floor. Walk out of room and it smells like garbage. Bathroom amenities need to be topped up after each guest leaves. Not enough towels in bathroom. Staff friendly. Close to great eateries. A one or 2 night stay would be ok, I stayed for a week mmm not sure I would do again.

I had a fantastic experience at Mantra Downtown in Brisbane. The location is simply unbeatable, with easy access to Queen Street Mall and the ferry, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Being surrounded by train and bus stations also made it a breeze to get around Brisbane. The staff at Mantra Downtown were exceptional, displaying a high level of friendliness and warmth that made me feel right at home. Their welcoming attitude added a personal touch to the stay. The room itself was a delight. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing a great retreat after a day of exploring the city. I found that everything I needed for a comfortable stay was readily available in the room. All in all, Mantra Downtown is a top-notch choice for anyone visiting Brisbane. Its prime location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms make it a standout option for a memorable stay in this vibrant city.
