景園公寓布里斯班酒店(Parkview Apartments)

Great location and easy-to-use instructions to get the access key. However, messaging on the day of arrival is a little tricky when coming from overseas with no data/wifi! Massive bed - but not terribly comfortable with only a small double sheet on top and what looked like two double sheets, one on top of the other on the mattress! The toilet seat was broken - I reported to reception, and they fixed it swiftly. The coffee plunger was also broken - and reported/fixed promptly. However, surely these types of things could be on some sort of checklist for the cleaners so guests don't have to waste their time reporting? It looked like a nice pool - however, I hadn't even realised there was a pool until a friend pointed it out. Nothing in the room information about opening times, and when I went to have a swim, the automated cleaner was in it, which put me off :-(

Extreme Noise & machinery until 10pm on the Sunday. Pretty horrendous! Also noisy early next morning. Road closed directly in front of unit due to building new high rise- next door. Bed moves/ on rollers - annoying! Unit bathroom tub had damage. Could do with renovation. New young managers pleasant enough but price still too high.

It’s great close everything like restaurant walking around the city.

Dodgy wiring. Every time we turned the lights out the tv would go off. Bed was sliding all over the place and spare pillows in cupboard were dirty. Rusty kettle. Dirty pool. Don’t get me started on the construction next door that we weren’t told about on booking. Tried to get a refund that day so we could move hotels, and they wouldn’t budge on that. Wotif were absolutely no help even though photos and videos were provided. Would never stay here again.

Property is in a fantastic location, walking distance to the convention centre and all of the shops, restaurants and cultural sites of the southbank. Unfortunately, the amenities were not up to par. We couldnt get wifi to work reliably in our room. The pool was dirty and not usable with the pool vacuum floating in it for our 4 day stay. Will be looking for another property for my next stay.

These “apartments” are poorly taken care of! My apartment was SMELLY. The cupboards and bathroom and carpet and shades were in terrible shape. The pillows smelled awful. I was never provided a number to check in, and when we finally got someone (by luck) to help us, he was grumpy. I moved out after one night, it was so bad. I have requested a refund, but I am not optimistic. I am not normally a complainer, either. ******* needs to take this off the list! Never stay here.

Property was in a good location. Room was comfortable but would have preferred level 1 or 2. Room was close to main door which was noisy whenever door opened . Have booked to stay again and requested a level 1 or 2. Overall a good place to stay

Noise next door off building going on people doing jobs in unit curtains was hanging down from bracket no cooking area I wouldn't recommend to stay here to much noise if you are looking for a quite place because you won't get any sleep and room smells on arrived was very disappointing.
