Great position, rooms clean and spacious with a fantastic balcony. Great pool on terrace. Gym missing.

Checked in for a 2 nights stay at Arise Spice Apartment. Reception was really friendly and gave us recommendations for food nearby. My room had a splendid view. Beds were comfortable. Not much around the apartment. But walkable to nearby restaurants

During a recent visit to Brisbane the staff at Spice Apartments were so helpful and went beyond the call duty in particular one of the staff members Jonathan went above and beyond when I needed help. THANKS 😊

Apartment was great with a spectacular view of Brisbane City. Great location, close to public transport and walking distance to Southbank and city. Staff was very helpful and friendly. 10/10. Will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends. Thankyou.

We booked two nights in a two bedroom apartment. Things that went wrong: key didn’t work, apartment stank, someone else’s dirty dishes in dishwasher for who knows how long because the smell was horrendous, dishwasher broken and beeping, no dishwasher powder, no bowls or cups, dead bunch of flowers on the coffee table, one set of pillows had a smear of mascara on them and weren’t clean, bathroom stank, second night there was a beep from the cupboard that happened every 15 mins that kept my mum awake all night, wifi password didn’t work, car parking was arranged and confirmed but no car spot when we arrived, when we parked in the spot they eventually gave us we got an angry note on our windscreen saying it was someone else car spot and we would be towed. We spoke to reception after the first night and the girl was lovely and arranged our apartment to be cleaned. They just washed up the dishes from the dishwasher and left them on the bench. But then after a second horrible night with the constant beeping, we gave the feedback to the man on the front desk and he was very defensive and rude. Never again would I ever stay here. Total rip off for what they charge. The website looks nothing like what the apartments look like. The only good thing was the view but then you have the noise of the train line going all night.

Booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for 2 nights, the apartment was good but a few things to note. Try and arrive within reception hours as even though I had a call and a text with after hour check in info the process didn't go as planned as reception team forgot to put envelope in safe box. There was a number to call and it was sorted but this took some time to sort. Although we didn't use it the pool and outdoor area looks lovely the foyer and lift area are clean and parking onsite was handy. The location was great, close to walk to places but need to note apartment is close to a main roadway and railway so can be a bit noisy at times.
