普瑞米爾布里斯託爾酒店紅崖套房公寓的評價

這間套房非常乾淨，比飯店好得多，裡面配備了所有你需要的東西，可以像在家一樣放鬆身心，自己做飯。對於在外工作的人來說，擁有這些額外的設施帶來了很大的不同。

工作人員很樂於助人，而且位置靠近車站。它靠近市中心，附近有很多餐廳。退房很簡單，因為您只需將鑰匙放在盒子裡即可。唯一的問題是缺少吹風機，套房裡應該有一個。

地點優越，但房間不是很乾淨。沒有肥皂、洗髮精或沐浴乳。我本來期待更多。

位置優越，維護良好。

Convenient location and great value for money. The check in information was slightly confusing but figured out in the end, and no fuss key drop when check out. The bed was twin beds bound together, otherwise comfortable enough.

先說缺點，後說優點。缺點：抵達時在廚房發現一條很大的銀魚，跟我拇指指甲蓋一樣長。街上的噪音非常大。雙層玻璃窗明顯有問題──我們住在二樓──晚上能清楚聽到街上人們的談話聲。我們房間的窗戶沒有密封，其他房間的窗戶也一樣。即使關上鎖好，主臥室的窗戶也能前後晃動。所以基本上不是沒有雙層玻璃，就是太舊失效了。電視經常故障。公寓很老舊。窗簾和燈具上有污漬。有洗衣機但沒有晾衣架，所以我們只能把衣服掛在廚房的門把上晾乾。絕對不值這個價錢。優點：工作人員透過WhatsApp很樂於助人。位置便利。透過WhatsApp辦理入住很方便。歡迎禮包很貼心。

我大部分時間都因為工作出差，所以住過不少地方，遍布全國各地。但是，這種情況我還是第一次遇到。前台下午6點就關門了。門上貼著一個緊急聯絡電話，前台關門後可以撥打。我打了兩次都沒人接（他們後來確實回電了，但已經過了40分鐘——那時我已經放棄，去了別的地方）。最後沒能住進去（因為放棄了，去了別的地方）──我會再去嗎？絕對不會！

公寓擁有您在布里斯托住宿所需的一切，步行即可輕鬆抵達城市各處。舒適溫暖，淋浴體驗良好。需要進行一些更新，只有 1 個烤箱架，廚房缺少櫥櫃前板，浴室明顯滲水，雙床臥室的窗戶周圍有黴菌。也許最糟糕的是景色？從窗戶望出去是一堵混凝土牆。

The apartments are huge and clean apart from the sofa which had huge white stains on it which could have done with a quick steam clean. The apartments are however very dated now, ready for some updating and modernisation. On arrival the fridge and freezer were switched off which I am assuming is some sort of sustainably initiative however it actually meant that they smelled really awful as they had been closed up and switched off a smell which meant I wasn’t comfortable putting my food in the fridge. It was a very hot weekend and a fan was provided which was adequate but for some reason the balcony was locked up (in fairness I may have read about this when booking) however it would have been great for the balcony doors to be able to be opened. There was a floor to ceiling window in the bedroom the lower panel of which had a huge crack in it, it didn’t look as though it had been filmed over so was a potential risk if smaller children in the room etc. One final thing to note was that I booked direct and it was advertised online as a rate which included a welcome bottle of wine this wasn’t provided. I would normally discuss all of this with the front desk team at the time but reception is only manned at certain times and I wasn’t 100% sure where it actually was as you check in via a key box system. Pre arrival information provided was good and meant you didn’t really need to see a receptionist but reporting things such as the above wasn’t so easy. Would I stay again ? Yes if the price was right mainly due to the size of the apartment.

我下午 5:30 到達，從接待員那裡拿到了鑰匙和說明。 當我到達我的房間時，房間完全沒有乾淨，地板上有羽絨被和毛巾，廚房裡有食物垃圾。 我下午 5:40 回到接待處，卻發現一切都鎖著，燈也關著（儘管它應該要到下午 6 點才關門）。於是我撥打了兩次緊急求助專線，但無人接聽。所以我開始尋找替代住宿。值得慶幸的是，緊急熱線隨後回電並給了我另一個房間鑰匙保險箱的密碼。 換的房間還可以。設備齊全，但沒有達到飯店房間的標準，房源具有缺口/污漬。 床很舒服，我睡得很好，在經歷了之前的壓力之後，這是非常需要的！

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Kristina, Erica & Klava for accommodating me, I really appreciate how smoothly they've handled everything. Enjoyed my stay here, would recommend! That flat was spacious, well taken care of and in a central location. Perfect.

These apartments are gorgeous and affordable. We have had quite a few of our guests stay and have not had any complaints. I would definitely recommend.

I decided to spend a weekend in Bristol and I couldn't choose a better location for my stay! Premier Suites Bristol Redcliffe is conveniently located in City Centre. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need during your stay and everything was cleaned up to standards. Accessing the apartment is easy and you always have either the Reception or Security to help you, when you need.

這是我第七次住在這裡，總是先檢查這裡的空房狀況，非常適合短期住宿，每次都非常乾淨的公寓和優質的服務。地點也很理想。
