What a disaster! Matej reception desk guy was more busy trying to teach me a lesson then provide decent customer service. I had a reservation for two nights, i did not indicate that i wanted a large queen size bed, but i did request an executive room. One assumes that an executive room would have a big bed and not two small children size beds. When i arrived i was told that my executive room would in fact have two children size beds instead of of a queen size bed, by matej. I complained that i needed a queen size bed Matej then told me that i needed to tell them that in the reservation but that this time he would put me in a family room which had 2 queen size beds. So far so good. When i got to the room i found that there was no desk for me to work at. So I called to see if THE NEXT DAY I could move to an executive room with a desk and a queen size bed… thats all. Matej answered, and the following happened: 1. He kept repeating to me that i needed to say what i wanted in the reservation. 2. I told him that he had already said this and all i wanted was a room the next day that had a desk and a queen size bed. 3. He told me that i already had two queen size beds and repeated again ‘you needed to say what i wanted in the reservation’ 4. I asked him to please stop repeating himself that i understood this and i just wanted him to solve my issue in the next night. 5. He repeated himself again and again: ‘you needed to say what i wanted in the reservation’ 6. Again i asked him to stop teaching me and he said: 7. I need to teach you…this is a congress hotel and this is how we work so perhaps i suggest you stay in another hotel next time…. 8. Seriously, he said the point above…he just could not be wrong. He the kept repeating over and over ‘ you needed to say what i wanted in the reservation’. 9. I asked him to stop teaching me and just solve the next night and he hung up on me…yes he did.10 i called him back and he told me that he hung up because he did not like how i spoke to him and the proceeded to…you hot it…say: ‘ you needed to say what i wanted in the reservation’. In total he said this 14 times…yes i counted. 10. I asked him if i could speak to a manager and he refused saying that the manager was sleepin and that he would not wake him up… i said that i did not care and that i wanted to speak to a manager… he said ‘if you dont care about his sleep then i do’…really…. 11. I asked him for his name and he told me it was Matej and i hung up on him. So the orea is more busy teaching their customer why they are wrong than trying to solve their issues. I get that i needed to be more specific…i got it the 1st time matej said it… though still think executive rooms should have queen size beds and not two kids bunk beds…and yes putting two bunk beds together does not make on queen size bed…its just two bunk beds for kids put together. Nice hotel ,bedroom big ,tea and coffee available, toiletries, hairdryer if you need a iron ask at reception. Staff very friendly speaking English, bar staff very efficient we were soon served ,chance to practice my Czech. Plenty of choice for breakfast cereals, hot food, fresh fruit, and paper bags so that you could help yourself to any food to eat later in the day

Decent hotel currently undergoing some renovation. Clean, functional and located a half an hour walk or quick bolt into the town. Rooms are on the smaller side, however the breakfast and customer service more than makes up for it. Good value for money !

spacious room, we were accommodated on the 9th floor. If you don't move the beds, it's clean. Clean bathroom. Breakfast not very varied, but you have something to eat. For 2 nights, it was perfect. Apart from picking up the trash and changing towels (even if I didn't leave them in a nail), they didn't use a broom/vacuum cleaner, as it was necessary that I moved the beds closer and the mess came out from under the bed (not a lot)

Hotel molto confortevole, posizione vicino al centro (circa un quindici muori a piedi). Personale gentile e disponibile. Camere pulite e confortevoli e spaziose. Bagno ben sistemato con doccia comoda. Colazione continentale ottima e ricchissimo buffet. Consigliabilissimo !!!
