寬闊海灘親子遊酒店

位置非常棒，靠近會展中心，幾分鐘走到海邊。酒店大堂正在重新裝修，裝完了應該很有格調。房間設施齊全，冰箱洗衣烘乾都有，空間寬闊，我住的一室一廳帶大陽台，乾淨整潔，工作人員很親和。關電的系統不是總控的，需要一個個去開關，建議裝上帶USB、USC充電的插座。

房間不大但很乾凈，房間服務人員工作專業禮貌，衞生間很小，有淋浴房沒有浴缸，總體感覺沒有五星級酒店的標準。早餐很一般，但性價比還可以。酒店整體水準比不上澳大利亞其他**酒店，但還是物有所值。

非常好,乾淨的公寓。位置也不錯。 不過,在分配的區域很難找到停車位,因爲它過去很忙,廚房...根本不實用。我帶着孩子,但我不能爲他們做任何快餐,因爲我被告知煙霧警報非常明智,如果它關閉,我必須付錢。廚房的排氣實際上將空氣留在櫥櫃裏。 如果需要廚房做餐食...這裏不是。

1.公寓很大，主卧麪海，大牀，次卧其實是書房改的所以無窗，跟主卧中間隔了個衛生間，兩邊都可以進去的 2.衛生還是可以的，廚具也乾淨，洗衣機還是算新的，烘乾機有點舊但是乾淨 3.免費停車，預定的時候留言備註下比較好，到了以後，停在門口或者路邊，進去check in的時候會給一個感應器 4.到pacific fair走直線過橋十五分鐘，晚上餐廳會開門，商店五點半左右關門，有摩拜單車可以租來騎 5.跟pacific fair反方向走就是海灘，人不多，工作時間有救生員，再往北走有個比較大的小童遊樂區，位置嗎就差不多到oasis吧 6.走之前記得把垃圾都扔掉，回收垃圾桶在車庫，所有髒的餐具放進洗碗機，如果太臟，好像酒店會收取75刀起步的清潔費

Stayed here for the first time 6 years ago . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay then . The Bel Air is situated very handy across the road from the tram station and Pacific Fair shopping centre and 5 minutes walk from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this time also.Admittedly we noticed the accommodation was a little tired and dated but that didn’t particularly worry us . The apartment was clean and bed was comfortable. If it wasn’t for the dated facilities we would’ve given the Bel Air a five . We will be back!

So many choices for accomodation however I chose Ultra Broadbeach Resort for my 13 night stay visiting from Perth and my first visit to Queensland. Was very impressed with everything, staff were very helpful and friendly, location was perhaps one of the best, a 5 min walk to Pacific Fair and a 5 minute walk to Oasis Shopping centre for essentials. My room was 504 and was clean and well fitted, no complaints at all, a comfy bed, lovely balcony which I never got to use as the weather from 9-22 May was wet, wild n windy, so disappointing. Hospitality was great, dur to the weather I did some home cooking and made the best of it. Again very happy with everything at Ultra Braodbeach and a special thanks to the girls at reception

After having a great holiday at the Talisman last year, we booked for six weeks of winter warmth and sunshine again. We asked for & received a NW or NE facing unit so that we had views and sunshine. All good, we had apartment 36 (NW), and the weather was wonderful. We had also booked a superior apartment again. This is where it started to come unravelled. We paid for a 'superior' apartment but it felt like a 'standard' apartment. When we arrived, there were new managers/owners of the business. I complained to them about our apartment and said that it didn't appear to be a 'superior' apartment (which cost extra $$ per week) - I was told that ”you should see the 'standard' apartments”. The manager said that if we were agreeable she would like to look through the unit at the issues I wa not happy about when she could get away from the office. Neither of us followed this through. The good bits - fairly freshly painted, lovely newish curtains, everything worked (except the vacuum cleaner). Pool and spa warm and great. The Talisman is just over the road from the beach and the Oasis shopping centre with a Woolworths and restaurants etc just five minutes’ walk away. The Talisman itself is the very best location in Broadbeach. The apartment itself: - The apartment just felt grubby. I asked that the loose couch covers be cleaned as I didn't want to sit on them. They were pretty worn as well - see photo post dry cleaning. - Bedding – sheets lovely ironed fresh white sheets changed every week. However, the cotton blankets and bedspreads all needed a wash. The towels were quite thin. The beach towels cost an extra $10 to hire. - All the beds had dust balls underneath them - The shower needed a good scrub (I cleaned it myself when we arrived) - One only available power point in the kitchen area. A double, but one side was already taken up with the WIFI. Our first purchase was a power board so we could use kettle / toaster / charge phones etc. - The stove/ cooktop was clean. The oven racks etc all covered with foil so nothing could be spilt. This meant that nothing cooked properly as no air circulated; so I removed the foil. The cooktop's temperature control was haywire so everything was inclined to either burn or not cook. - The microwave was in the kitchen cupboard - maybe a fire hazard?? - No rangehood or fan in the kitchen. – and a bamboo plate hanging over the hot plates as decoration – now surely that must be a fire hazard. - Personal security/privacy in our apartment – there is no deadlock of any kind and service people come and go as they wish – they knock - if no answer, they just come on in. Cleaners to change linen, the TV repair men, the window cleaners – they are all given the master key. I might add there is no safe in the apartment. Around the apartment: - Two lifts - one or the other was going to be out of service for 8 months from March 2023 which would take it to November 2023. However, before we left this was ex

We needed a two night stay at Broadbeach close to the convention centre, this property is very close. Also close to the action in Broadbeach, cafes etc, & the beach. However....very tired, in need of some repairs & care. Enuf room for our 2 night stay, fridge, hanging space etc. Air con & fan very noisy, the shower had black mould on the tiles. When we asked for it to be cleaned, it was evident that someone had splashed bleach around, there were dirt shoe prints inside the shower! The glass shelf in the shower was very loose and dangerous, we asked to have it repaired, nothing done. We asked for extra towels, only at a charge. Two towel rails in the bathroom, one was broken. Bed was comfy enuf and pillows good. Was inexpensive, we paid $397 for our stay, just wouldn't go back. Gardens lovely.

Such a great place to stay the room was excellent and a very spacious one bedroom with everything you need . Plenty of restaurants and cafes directly under the building and you are right in the middle of Broadbeach with shopping centre and Surf Lifesaving Club within an easy walk . The light rail tram stops next to the building and only a short 50 metre approx walk . We have decided to return soon

I stay here at least twice a year even though I live in Ashmore on the Gold Coast. Why? The view and location. I love the ocean view from the 2 or 3 bedroom units so I always book and stay there so I can thoroughly enjoy that amazing view. I also love the fact that I can walk across to the beach and go for a morning or afternoon beach walk (barefoot as it is literally straight across the road and onto the sand). I can also easily walk 6 mins into the restaurant and bar area of Broadbeach. The staff- Marion, Chris, Donna and team are always so friendly and fabulous too. I always stay here for Groundwater Country Music festival with a group of friends too. Fabulous fabulous spot :).
