腓尼基度假村(Phoenician Resort)

我們遇到的每一位員工都對我們很友善，房間很寬敞，位置再好不過了！

房間需要做一些事情，包括臥室的燈在內，幾乎沒有燈熄滅。床頭燈壞了，門把手上的牆上有一個洞，客廳的簷口上的油漆冒泡，浴室的通風口掛在天花板上，而且不起作用。 廚房杯子/玻璃杯都是零碎的，買一套不會花那麼多錢。

The room we checked into had a horrid smell. Beds were extremely hard, 1 of us ended up finding the couch more comfortable (not the sofa bed part either) Staff were good but kept using the excuse because ours was a last minute booking (within a month) they couldnt do anything to assist.

The best, and perhaps only, thing about The Phoenician is it's location. The place is very dated and tired and are poorly equipped. Our first room was terribly laid out and noisy, overlooking the highway. Everything was filthy, old and should've been replaced years ago. Appalling utensils in the kitchen, disgusting actually. We then asked to be moved somewhere quiet which they did for us. Whilst it was quiet it was still very poor. On top of the very poor quality everything, we still had to pay top dollar. I cannot recommend this "resort" to anyone. The owners of these horrible apartments can at least replace the disgusting kitchen utensils and appliances and update the terrible furnishings.

Fabulous place to stay. Close to shops, restaurants, transport. Staff at Phoenician were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pools/spa area was excellent. Handy underground carparking avail. Our apartment had been updated with new bathroom and coat of paint etc and was very comfortable for two people - on the small side in size though. Personal drawbacks to this apartment were - no door separating bathroom/toilet from other quarters, so had to shut down one side of the apartment if you wanted privacy. Outside balcony furniture was uncomfortable as only had bar height stools and table to sit at and not easy for older guests to climb up on, or for short people to reach the footrest on stools. Having said all this - can't wait to visit the Phoenician again, but will stay in different unit.

Fabulous staff. Couldn’t have been more helpful in resolving some issues that arose. Very professional staff.

Reception ladies were fabulous and definitely a credit to your business and should be acknowledged for there customer service Lovely to walk in to such happy positive energy

We had a great stay and would stay again, the staff are friendly, apartments spacious, the facilities were good and it’s close to everything.

Just a nice spot on the Gold Coast to relax.. Decent size balcony, comfortable bedding, great location, I came away feeling refreshed
