在Botany Bay酒店度過了愉快的時光，高級海景房很棒，工作人員很友好，房間很乾淨， 餐廳的食物非常好吃，以後肯定會再次預訂這裡

美味的食物和酒吧，地理位置優越，非常靠近海灘和喬斯灣衝浪。

Bed very comfortable linen very good. Room good condition well maintained condition. All the extras you would need are in the room. Loved the idea of fresh milk rather than plastic capsules and the choice if coffees is great too. We had family dinner one night. Food was good quality served hot. Busy but not too long to wait. Would recommend booking table. We will be back.

Popped into the restaurant today on off-chance. We ordered fish and chips and margarita pizza. Pizza had a really strange taste about it, i couldn't work out why and then I realised the underside was burnt. I returned it and it was cooked again ..... not much better, just edible. Nobody came to check everything was alright. Left me with a nasty taste all afternoon . Really annoys me when I have to complain, why can't they get it right first time? Also means we were not eating together , hardly romantic (which is one of your hotel descriptions). Very poor all round.

The room lacked soundproofing - I could clearly hear neighbors' conversations and even more… and every door slamming shut. While the restaurant food was tasty, some dishes were served cold. The Wi-Fi was frustratingly unreliable, constantly disconnecting from my phone. Given the subpar amenities and noise issues, the price was not justified. Overall, poor value for money.

Have eaten at this hotel many times and it has been brilliant. Sadly today was not one of those days. I know it was a bank holiday but the wait for food was ridiculous. When the main meal finally arrived it was over cooked and dry. Having raved about the place I took my family for a long awaited get together, it was so disappointing and very expensive. Don't think I will be eating there again for a long time.

Such a great hotel, either for couples or family getaways. We had a large group and our stays were amazing. Great food, lovely rooms, amazing staff and facilities. With such a beautiful beach just down some steps next to the hotel, it really was an amazing location. Close to some towns although with such a great beach, you may want to stay there all day like we did! The menu had a big variety and all the dishes we tried were top tier. The staff made us feel welcome and always very helpful. We will definitely be returning in the future to have another fun packed adventure for the family Thank you for having us!

So disappointed with our visit today. We have been many times and the Botany Bay has usually been ok but today it was incredibly below average. The food was ok but the service was appalling and our table of 11 was completely forgotten. We had to ask for things a number of times but the very young staff didn’t seem to have any training or inclination that they were there to provide a service. Our main course plates were sat on the table for ages in spite of requests for them to be cleared and the room we were in was full of flies so it became really unpleasant. We didn’t stay for dessert mainly because in the time we were there not one person came to check on us and see if there was anything was needed or that everything was ok, we all decided that it really wasn’t worth the time or the bother. This was a family event that was incredibly marred by a dreadful venue. We will not be going back!

Highly recommend for any type of getaway, whether romantic or family! The hotel itself is very welcoming, food is incredible and the staff are fab. The location is just perfect, the beautiful sandy beach is within minutes from the hotel but also have shopping centre nearby to scratch that itch!! Will definitely be returning for another staycation as it’s the perfect place to unwind. Thank you for having us

I stayed in Broadstairs for the first ever time and this hotel was great. Staff were very friendly, there was a wide selection of food and drink and the room was cosey and well facilitated, plus the hotel was quiet. The wifi was perfect. I don't recall one time when connected to the hotel wifi when I had any problems and it worked very quickly. Quicker even than mine at home! I got talking with one of the staff, Callum, when he came to clean the room and replenish supplies. I mentioned of how I didn't know where anything was in Broadstairs like shops and cafes and he kindly got me some leaflets with a guide to the surrounding areas with lots of information. I found this very kind and very helpful and I am most grateful to him. I accidentally stayed around half an hour past my checkout deadline due to my watch losing time but I appologised and explained the situation and staff were very nice about it throughout and didn't charge me any extra. Overall I'm really grateful to everyone for making my stay at the Botany Bay Hotel a very pleasant one and would be more than happy to stay here again, should I ever have another staycation in Broadstairs.

The room was well decorated and very clean. The only thing missing were comfortable chairs! We had two wicker and a hard wood chair. In fact I could not find a comfortable chair in any public area either! I wonder why, keen on posture? Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice including fresh fruit. The smoked salmon and scrabbled egg demands a special mention together with the full English. Restaurant food was equally good. The staff are cheerful and engaging.

Thought we'd visit to see what breakfast was like. We both had English Breakfast, it was average at best, the bacon had visible fat, the mushroom was far too overdone, the poached eggs were cold (must have been kept in iced water then plunged into hot water briefly) something for you to address really, because it isn't difficult to do poached eggs to order, that said the eggs were cooked perfectly, apart from the lack of heat on them. I noted how busy it was, which is very good on a wet Tuesday morning. On a positive note, the young lady that took our order was very good, smiling, helpful, a credit to your place. We both work in Hospitality, so understand the pressures and everything that goes with it. We will visit again though as want to try the 'Paella Night.

We went for lunch, the wait for food was not acceptable, the waiters were very apologetic but we waited a ong time for starters and drinks then over an hour for our main courses to come out. The food was good but a long wait ruined our experience.

We were dismayed to receive a parking ticket 2 weeks after stopping here for a quick drink. We did not see any signs warning us that we had to tell staff we were parking in their car park, nor were we looking for any as you would expect to be able to park there if eating or drinking there. The staff should male customers aware when making any purchase! I am truly furious and will no longer be recommending this establishment to my friends and family who live elsewhere. Who lost the most Botany Bay Hotel? You did! Totally unacceptable treatment of paying guests!
