Friendlier staff for a start, also staff that can see you carrying heavy bags, then they just let the door shut behind them on you. A room that has a net curtain so that the curtains can be opened but still maintianing privacy. A shower that actually has a decent flow, I've seen snails go faster than the shower. No car parking charge. The prices that I paid for staying there was steep enough, but then to have the cheek to charge parking on top of that, i'm sorry, but even dick turpin wore a mask. And as for next years prices as I had a look, lets just say, I will not be staying here again (almost £700 for 4 nights). Pure greed and less about the customer, are they trying to put people off booking so that they can house migrants instead? makes you wonder.....

Perfect nights stay here again. Reception staff very friendly and always happy to help. Housekeeping staff are always smiling too which is nice to see in the morning. Everything in the room was great, very clean and comfortable. Will be back again soon!

Staff were pleasant when trying to fix my problem and when checking in and out of the hotel. Could not figure out how to work the shower so someone from reception turned it on for me but it was barely warm and hard to figure out how to turn off. The rest of my stay was fine though.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Free parking and staff very friendly and helpful. I had requested a top floor room and this was accommodated. Room and hotel extremely clean. Had breakfast in Brewers Fayre opposite with good selection and staff friendly too. Good location for motorway and there are various shops opposite including a Tesco with fuel station.

Stayed here when I Came to visit friends / really good weekend - good customer service and room clean and tiny - felt very welcomed here / hotel is close to motorway and variety of takeaways close to hotel and public bus route available into the city centre

Was for some reason put in a room adapted for those with mobility issues, lower bed (too soft and not as comfortable) and a wet room. Window was open, so was rather cool but I resolved that. The TV worked but there were not that many channels available. Staff were very helpful and booked me into the Brewers Fayre for supper and breakfast. Tea facilities were good and extra milk, tea bags etc readily available . Overall a reasonable stay but if I go back I will check so as not to get the same style of room.

Nice place to stay very clean and comfortable we always stay here when visiting relatives in Gloucester. I did have a little problem with the wi fi I spoke to Verity on reception she sorted it straight away . Alana was also helpful. Good location with pub next door plus Supermarket and coffee shops nearby

Great nights sleep, what we expect from a premier inn really. Good location with a big Tesco and variety or food places nearby. Room was spacious and had all that we needed and reception was well stocked with the things you may have forgotten. Some things to bear in mind that didn’t effect us but may other: the lift is currently out of order so we helped a young family with a pushchair up a few flights of stairs. Also the WiFi wasn’t the most reliable, you could upgrade but we had good signal so wasn’t needed.

Have stayed at this location previously and cannot fault the location, facilities or the staff. Every time I stay it's always a hassle free enjoyable experience, and I would recommend. I will be staying there again in the future!

No complaints, the reception wasn't as plush as some other Premier Inns which made me feel concerned about the room but it was very clean and comfortable, as good as any other.

We decided to stay here mid journey as we both needed a break from the exhaustion of a long day driving. The staff made the process very simple to check in, made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The room was clean and it made our stay all the more pleasurable. Thank you Susie for an efficient check in. We will be staying again in the future.

A small but friendly hotel with great staff. A special shout out for Amy on reception who was sympathetic and friendly helping us find a room. The wi fi wasn't great at hotel but with the professional touch Amy saved the day. THANK YOU ❤️.......

Came to visit family in brockworth - amazing clean hotel and was nice that there is a pub next door as managed to have a nice family meal in there. All staff super friendly and will stay again when back visiting family again soon! Was a Sunday night so hotel was nice and quiet
