Staff was very friendly, room was clean and the pillows were amazing. Even being next to a busy highway, you couldn’t hear the traffic. Definitely recommend this hotel

Good We really enjoyed our stay! The outdoor pool was refreshing, our room was clean, breakfast was good, it was a good location, and the staff was friendly.

The two African gentlemen working in the evening and in the morning, could probably benefit from improved public relations skills. In other words, they were not friendly at all. However, the Indian woman at the front desk in the evening was delightful.

Good stay, quickly addressed a concern We were in Tulsa for a night stay. In the room, felt a strong cigarette smell. I went to the front office and they immediately resolved it by switching me to another room. The were prompt and courteous in responding. That was much appreciated. But cigarette smell in spite of being a smokeless property was unexpected. I rated them highly inspite of this was because of the way they handled the situation.

Horrible They tell you no smoking no vapes if caught $250.00. Charges no problem for me. I had several bags and they say we don’t have an elevator. Really? Get to my room and you got a big whiff of smoke. They tried to say they couldn’t move me. I let them know they would because I was not sleeping in a room that smelt like a cigarette. Finally moved me and that room was dingy and had I not driven all day I would have left. Do not recommend
