The location is good, close to bars and restaurants, Fenway and the C-line is right there. That said, our stay was meh. We paid a considerably higher rate ($359) due to graduation week demand which probably contributed to our disappointment. No hot water for showers on the first day. We had no coffee cups or breakfast at all the second day (typically mediocre grocery store croissants/muffins, bananas, and boxed cereal). If they explained the housekeeping situation, I missed it -- there was no card or other indicator for our preference regarding housekeeping. We expected clean towels (which we got) but the bed was not touched (not even made up). The latch bolt on our door did not work. As disclosed, there are only 3 parking spaces for the whole Inn and no parking in the street. We were offered one of the spots (for $33 per night) that was unusable due to how others had parked. The front desk is not staffed after 9pm so we had to find another solution. Thankfully they did refund the parking cost since we were unable to use it. (They said we should have called the overnight "emergency" number). The bathroom was small, low quality materials and in need of repair. Other things were simply inconveniences: the listing offers the amenity but we were told there was no iron when we requested it. There was only one outlet in the bedroom (under a desk). I've had worse experiences but still disappointing. The Inn could be very nice with a little maintenance and service.
