維斯塔爾希爾頓Tru酒店(Tru by Hilton Binghamton Vestal)

Ok I think I should get a refund for my stay. I stayed as my daughter was a proud graduate of Bing. I traveled with my two younger daughters and husband. In the middle of the night someone used a key and entered our room .. very scary for us all!!! It seems that the front desk gave the key to another traveler. This was not acceptable, The front desk blaming *******, my children do not want to stay in a hotel again as they were scared and frankly so was I . I would like a refund of some sort to make up for this error

We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express with much better amenities at a lower price. We had to relocate due to overbooking-which is why we went to Tru-Hilton-it was the only place available. We spent 1/3 more per night with a very small room, no coffee maker in room, no carpet on floor, no microwave, no daily housekeeping, no closet, stale bagels for breakfast-and they are clearly short staffed. We will not stay at another Tru-Hilton property,

Simple newer hotel. Kids loved the pool. Free breakfast. Loved the free electric car charging station. The AC/heater in the room made so much noise that we woke up many times during the night. We could also hear other people in their rooms and the cars outside. It feels that this hotel was build quickly and cheaply. The ac was so loud that we had to shut it off even if we got cold during the night. Staff did nothing to compensate us. Would not go back.

Front desk mixed up my check-in, placed me in the wrong room. Upon check-out hotel staff refused to give me a receipt, saying they have no access to that because I used a 3rd party app (I have not had any issues with this with my prior stays at other hotels). I have no idea what they did with my tax exemption form as I did not receive a physical receipt. Room was nice and clean, no complaints there, just a little frustrated after a long day as I was traveling for work.

Lot of unruly noise coming from room next to us. Was unable to sleep because of cursing and fighting. Notified front desk. Noise died down a little bit started up again around 2AM. We should have been given a change of room.

Hotel feels new and clean. Room design is modern. Has glass shower partition instead of tub. The upside of the bathroom design is it looks more spacious. The downside is the shower is steamy and warm while the rest of the bathroom can be relatively cold when you step out of the shower.

The hotel looked pretty good and everything seem pretty updated. There’s pool table and nice lounge area. During my stay we were first given a room that was not cleaned but they corrected it quick. The new room had hand soap that was empty and the housekeeper left a cleaning spray in the room too. The the next morning the fire alarm went off. It was set off by toaster but rang for a while till firefighters came to turn it off. Other than those incidents, everything else was fine. The breakfast had a good variety of food.

This is my third stay at the property highly recommend it to anybody that comes to the Binghamton area
