房間衞生很好，周邊華人區，辦事也方便，遺憾的是，淋浴花灑也是裝固定的，沖涼很不人性化。入住當天，天氣很冷，空調暖氣開了接近三小時後才有感覺暖和點。房間的內燈光控制設計也不合理！

酒店各方面都很滿意，服務很好，設施也好，位置也好。第一次到加拿大出差。入住這家酒店，整體都很滿意，下次來加拿大還住這個酒店

之前住過一次，各方面還可以，不成想這次踩雷了。前台check in巨慢，然後一進房間一衹巨大的綠頭蒼蠅在飛舞，用時20分鐘也不知最後趕走沒。接着發現房間緊鄰高速，噪音巨大，電話跟前台反映想換對面房間，被果斷告知房已滿，不能換。後提着行李到前台，表示不能換房就退了，一個名牌叫***************表示既換不了房間也不能退錢，倒是可以考慮找個人去房間趕蒼蠅，無語，最後經攜程交涉換了個走廊盡頭的房間，錢是不能退的。

車可停酒店門口，等辦理入住後拿卡再去旁邊的免費停車場。房間乾淨，設施都挺新。樓下有星巴克，飯店可以看比賽吃飯喝酒聊天，商場也在附近。

酒店很新，設施很好，空調很涼，去市中心開車半小時酒店不錯
