Do NOT recommend. Poor customer service. The hotel changed my guaranteed reservation from 2 queens and a sofa sleeper to a king and sofa sleeper. They did not notify in advance or alert me at check in. When I went to the desk about the issue of not having enough beds, I was told they gave the room to someone else yesterday and they only have the king room. I was told my options were to take an air mattress (that would not fit in the space) or leave BUT to know that if I had touched anything in the room I would be charged anyway and if I did leave, ******* and hotel had to decide about a refund if I left. When I indicated that there was not room for the air mattress and that it wasn't the same as a bed, I was told by the desk staff that I should just be happy that I'm getting an ******* rate and that the air matresses are new. I called ******* that evening for assistance and ******* said they were not able to reach anyone at the hotel after over an hour of being on and off hold at 10:30pm and that they would try to figure out something the next day. I had no choice but to stay as I had no way of knowing if I would be refunded if I left and the city was very full so not many options. The bed and sofa and floor were uncomfortable. Room was fair for cleanliness. Hotel refused request for a discounted rate even though they knowingly changed my guaranteed reservation.
