弗拉特羅克唄盟套房酒店(Baymont by Wyndham Flat Rock)

This hotel was convenient to what I needed. I'll probably stay there again but it's not like there are better options nearby. It could use an update though. The front desk was friendly, which was good because my hotel key kept getting De-magnetized. I think most people only stay here for one night though, and they kept making that assumption, which was weird. There was a sign saying they didn't do maid service every day because of covid. When I asked they didn't seem "sure" and the first day I said I didn't need it. Not sure if they didn't come the second day because of that, but no one came. The amenities were really small and basic. The pool seemed dirty. The water was very cloudy.

Upgraded to a mini suite per the ******* website. Paid extra. Picture showed a couch with a separate space. Got to the room and it was tiny. Went to front desk. “All rooms are the same”. Went back to the room and opened the window only to find out that I was right above the garbage dump and employees had used the area for lunches and the stench was awful! Did not clean the room just emptied waste baskets. Pool was rented out for a kid’s birthday party with at least 25 little kids running wild. Have used this facility for years…it has now gone totally down hill!

Non power

Aftet checking in, realized we were surrounded by 3 rooms of noisy kids. Asked for a quieter room, which was easily obtained, as it was Sunday evening, hotel was not very busy. Rooms were clean and adequate, tho property could use an update. Breakfast was all carbs, so skipped it. Property location and price worked for us as just an overnight stopover to our next destination. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Terrible beds, dirty rooms, loud teens running around all night, weird smells, overall poor experience.

The front desk service was awful. She was rude and short about everything. Overall, the room was nice other than lack of outlets.

Absolutely appalling conditions. Peeling wallpaper, broken and filthy pocket door for the bathroom, missing smoke detector, dirty room, outdated room, hot tub was broken

Bathroom needs painted, shower door rusty, toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall with a hole where it should be. The stairs needed swept, curtains down the stairs were torn.
