Éviter les chambres au 7eme étage… au dessus il y a la piscine, le spa et la salle de sport…. Autant dire que le calme dans la chambre n’est absolument pas garanti… j’avais l’impression de faire mon sport avec eux… et pour le petit dej, il a fallu un peu batailler avec le personnel car malgré un rdv à 9h30, pas de table de disponible. Entre un employé qui dit qu’il n’a pas de table et l’autre qui dit ok, on a quand pu s’assoir au bout de 5 bonnes minutes

La chambre était froide et pas moyen de la chauffer via le système de chauffage. Avec un radiateur électrique supplémentaire ça allait tout juste. Le personnel était très soucieux de nous aider et proposait une autre chambre.

Super vriendelijk ontvangst met uitgebreide uitleg. Schone kamer, goede bedden. Niet al te ruim maar wel fijn dat er 2x 2 persoonsbedden in passen. Voor kort verblijf prima. Kamer was alleen erg warm ondanks de airco. Weinig daglicht. Jammer dat je ondanks korting toch flink moet betalen voor de Parking van het hotel als je er verblijft.

Perfect stay in Brugge. Hotel was clean and housekeeping did a wonderful job clearing up bins daily from our room & tidying. The room was spacious for my family , equipment with a fridge and coffee machine. It was a short walk to everything we planned to see. Ideal for a family with children— parking on site and easy to navigate. Staff were kind and courteous throughout our visit. thanks to all! Would recommend to anyone!

We loved staying at the Crowne. It was the perfect location for getting around.Brugges. Staff responded quickly with a fan for our room when the AC was not working. Breakfast buffet is fantastic with hot foods and lwonderful pastries. Great hotel. Would say again.
