帕克維爾汽車旅館(Parkville Motel)

The room is spacious and tidy. Hob is provided in Kitchenette to facilitate cooking. However, for consecutive stay of 2 nights, they do not provide room service. There is no replacement for towels (though acceptable) but small sachet of shampoo should be provided each day. You need to put your own bag of rubbish in front of the door and they just leave an empty rubbish bag inside the room without fitting it in the rubbish bin.

Parkville Motel was a pleasant overnight stay as we were attending a wedding in Brunswick. The room was clean and comfortable and located convenient to the wedding venue and reception.

The Manager of this property has the best customer service skills I have ever encountered. She was extremely flexible in allowing me to add an extra nights accom at late notice, provided excellent advice on nearby eating options and was very friendly with “can do attitude”. Thank you for providing a great holiday experience.

Close to tram, train and Sydney Road. Noisy - road traffic from about 6.30am and the walls between the units were thin. Clean unit, good shower, nice staff. Limited facilities: tea & coffee, toaster, micorwave but only cups and saucers so toast was on a saucer.

Upon booking the room we were given the price, when checking in we were told that the booking price is based on 2 people using 1 bed in a family room (there was 5 of us & we booked it with all 5 of us in the one room). We’d have to pay an additional $20 per person to use the other beds in our room, the air con barely worked, the bathroom smelt like bleach, bedding was absolutely uncomfortable when wanting to checkout & leave & get a refund for being there for an hour we were told no but we could use the other beds free of charge. I do not recommend.

This was a great location to stay in for a weekend in the city. Easy transport connections to the tram stop nearby, and free parking, made it perfect for our needs.

The room was adequate. The car park directly outside the room is filthy. It is a disgrace. Overflowing dumpmaster bins. 100's of cigarette butts on the ground. Empty paint cans everywhere. Have some pride in the business you own & clean the place up. If you stay here, make sure you do not leave valuables in the car and keep it locked at all times.Not a place for families with young children.

First walked in and it smelt like mothballs, bed was like a rock. Found a bug in the bed. Aircon nearly rattled out of the window.

Shower was so filthy I had to buy my own cleaning products to clean it before use. Blankets and mattress had suspicious (crusty) marks and stains on them. Under the rollaway bed had clearly not been cleaned for a long time with the build up of dirt, dust and rubbish that was there. Drinks needed a good scrub around tapware with a toothbrush. When I told management about it they really didn't seem to care at all. Only positive was it was walking distance from train station and zoo
