L - 大道(L-Avenue)

The entrance belies what awaits. Check in is on the first floor and the decor throughout is very nice, modern and attractive. Staff are friendly and professional. They have a gym , bar and breakfast room which I will try next time . The room was great for the price of a regular room in this part of Brussels I was in a junior suite on the 7th floor. The room had everything thing you could want and added greatly to my stay. This is now a firm favourite for when I visit Brussels.

Très bon hôtel, agréable, propre, impeccable - MAIS le soir à 22.30 ils ferment la réception, et ensuite plus rien à boire, plus de lieu pour rester ensemble, et pas de bar dans la chambre - dommage !!

This is a fantastic new hotel and the staff and service were exemplary. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the HVAC system worked well to keep us cool on a hot summer's day. The hotel was clean and filled with nice touches, like Tashen books and lovely decor. Parking was worth the fee as the spots are in the same building and it is a quick elevator ride from the garage to the room The lounge is a great place to unwind after a busy day. There is a small gym to workout as well. They pampered our pet with a welcoming blanket and feeding bowls and the staff was always eager to meet furry visitors and offer treats. I will definitely recommend this hotel and welcome the opportunity to stay again. My one feedback is the it would be nice to have a small bottle of dishwashing liquid in the kitchen area. Coming back after a long day and needing to wash dishes and discovering there is nothing available in the room was a let down.

C'est simple, j'ai été bluffé. Je viens beaucoup à Bruxelles vers ave Louise pour le travail et avant de découvrir le L-avenue j'allais au B****y... que je regrette!!! Le L-avenue est tout simplement sublime point de vue déco. Tout est neuf. En plus c'est très cosy, vraiment classe, feutré. C'est un plaisir de venir à Bruxelles maintenant tellement les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. J'ai rarement ressenti cela pour un hotel. Le staff est franchement sympa et serviable, le petit dej est bien, on vous sert avec le sourire. Et le pire c'est que ce n'est pas vraiment plus cher. En me relisant on dirait une pub pour l'hotel mais je vous assure c'est sincère et pourtant je suis plutôt exigeant!!!

The room was spacious, super clean and very well equipped with nice furniture. I like the clean style, the open room concept and the attention to detail. Overall just an excellent experience, very friendly and supportive staff as well.

Great property with very cooperative staff. Had some documentation issues at checkin yet the staff was overtly cooperative and cordial.Breakfast was good,cozy boutique property. Highly recommended.Ideal locations

So nice serviceminded people there work at the hotel. I enjoy it every time I arrive at the hotel.

It's still very new and I would say the system still needs some greasing. Also note, it's sort of an aparthotel and so you get water only on arrival.
