奇克科庫恩住宿加早餐旅館(Chic Cocoon Guest House)

+: 1) The contact person / owner is good. His reply is fast when we asked him some questions by WhatsApp. 2) The location is not bad. Around 8 min walk to metro station and 2-3 stops to the town. And there are stores and supermarket neaby. 3) The open kitchen is perfect. It is big with enough facilities for you to cook. 4) The house is clean. 5) The owner allow us to store our luggage in kitchen after we come back overnight from other city. -: 1) We live in 3rd floor of the house without lift. We need to take the heavy luggages to the room by the narrow stairs. Although we can put in the kitchen, it is not convenient. 2) The room is little bit stuffy but the fan is too noisy. It is not enough to open the window .

Heel slecht geslapen door de kartonnen muren (heel gehorig oud herenhuis met piepende deuren ook) en ook was het te doen op een harde matras op bamboo. Ook mag het gebouw eens worden opgefrist want op verschillende plekken waren plamuursel en scheuren/barsten te zien. Ten laatste was er geen eigen badkamer, maar moesten we deze delen met 2 andere kamers. Spijtig van de bijna 90 euro!!

hmm where do i start. when you book you get a one in six chance that instead of a nice spacious room you are shoved into the haunted attic (not shown in pictures) the ceilings sloping low on both sides. the room lined with creepy haunted cupboards. you are greeted with instant steep curved stairs from opening the door. if you wanted to have a hands free shower you are mistaken, it is recommended to bring a personal shower assistant to hold the shower head for you. then after finding the expensive prices in brussels you might feel like a nice microwave meal, you are mistaken. we got to the kitchens and found a lack of utensils and the microwave had a uk plug which obviously didn’t work (who put it there and why)

Nos equivocamos con el vuelo de vuelta y estábamos yendo a Luxemburgo, Patrick entendió nuestro equívoco y pudimos llegar a Bruselas, recoger nuestras cosas y salir más tarde de la hora de salida programada, ha sido muy amable y ha entendido la situación. Muchas gracias

Mini chambre au grenier pas de télé, ça ne faut absolument pas son prix, on capte pas la connexion wifi,lit à ras le sol pas confortable du tout, une chaleur atroce, faut partager le logement toilettes douche cuisine avec d autres personnes mais manque d hygiène surtout les toilettes j’ai essayer de discuter avec l hôte mais pas sympathique du tout bref à fuir!!!!

Customer service was great, however it has shared bathroom with another 2 rooms. and I was advised I would have private bathroom. Also is real hard to acces to the room, is on a third floor and stairs are so small and dangerous, we had baggage so it was so hard to access even tho we are young and fit.

La Chambre sous les toits qui nous était attribuée ne correspondait aucunement à celle choisie lors de notre réservation. De plus, en aucun cas les photos de notre chambre apparaissent sur expédia au moment de la réservation. Nous avons tout de même essayer de comprendre cette mésaventure avec le propriétaire en le contactant par message, ce dernier n’a pas pris la peine de nous répondre. En bref une mauvaise expérience de A a Z,

Un alojamiento agradable. La cama algo dura. La habitacion de la buhardilla, deben avisar que tiene una escalera complicada, muy estrecha y empinada. La habitacion cuando hace calor es excesivamente calurosa de dia, menos mal que el ventilador ayuda mucho. La cocina , comedor y terraza muy agradables.

We had a bad experience on this place. The owner send us a message with the access code, but we get it NOT ON TIME. We walked by the property but, at the end, booked in another hotel. Really Bad Service.
