The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Changed our accommodation location without specifically giving a new address. The new location was not liveable. Mould in shower, couch cushions as bed pillows, a broken lamp, chair and window just left in the room. Left the property and informed them that we would stay at a different hotel. Still following up for a refund 2 months later, citing they are awaiting updates from relevant services. Only contact when I reach out to them. Do not waste your time/money staying here.
