斯馬特設計公寓酒店 - 蓋特(Smartflats Design - Gaite)

非常愉快的一次入住，房間乾淨整潔，下次還會去。

Smartflats 租了漂亮的公寓，但他們是不專業的江湖騙子：4 天沒有熱水！水管工在沒有任何警告的情況下進來並離開，並且沒有修理！到達/出發時間直到前一天才改變:(他們甚至打電話給警察讓我們比他們提議的提前 3 小時離開（我是真誠的，警察沒有打擾我們）。所以永遠不要租給這些騙子！ ！

Séjour de 6 jours en avril 2022 dans ce grand appartement, très bien situé au centre ville et à 2 minutes d'un arrêt de métro. La réservation fut compliquée car il s'agissait d'une réservation reprogrammée à cause d'une annulation précédente en raison de la pandémie Covid-19. Le service-client a été très peu réactif et il a fallu une menace de recours à l'action juridique pour avoir une réponse. L'appartement est d'une hygiène douteuse, avec des sols plutôt sales, de légères traces sur les murs et la literie sentait la cigarette. Les matelas sont tachés... Il faisait aussi plutôt froid dans cet appartement avec une température oscillant entre 18 et 19 °C.

Réservation faite pour 2 nuits en août 2021, prélèvement de la moitié immédiatement, annulée le lendemain sous annulation gratuite, et depuis 15 jours j'attend le remboursement promis sous 5 jours avec mail automatique, après X mails et téléphone, toujours rien. Ce sont des arnaqueurs et si vous prenez les avis clients pour Smartflats sur Tripadvisor, ce phénomène revient très souvent donc autant dire coutumier du fait. Le jeune directeur financier de cette société devrait avoir honte d'exercer. Faites un dossier de réclamation au centre de litiges européen, ça leur fera une bonne publicité, ça ne peut pas toujours être à sens unique!

The location of this hotel is excellent, which may make up for some of the other negatives but if you are staying here, there are just a few things to be aware of: 1. Security - the main front door to the apartments does not lock, making the front door entrance code pointless 2. Lightbulbs - a lot of the lights did not work and we had to use our phones as torches at night 3. There were no toiletries, not even hand soap in the property despite saying so on the website 4. The general state of the apartment - door handles came off when we opened certain doors, curtains could not be opened because they were broken and broken pieces of furniture 5. Awful smell of egg coming from the drains 6. Suspicious stains on sofa, dirty shower curtains, brown marks on towels, bedsheets and pillows As I said, the location could possibly make up for this, especially if you’re coming with friends and plan to stay out and party during the night but couples and families, beware!

DO NOT BOOK, this company/accomodation is an absolute disgrace. Upon arrival we knew we were on the 6th floor, the lift was broke. So we had to continously take the stairs, the lift didn't get fixed throughout our stay. We soon realised there wasn't hot water either. We reported this immediatley and had to wait for the maintenance to arrive. He deemed that he was unable to fix it. We had 2 nights without any HOT WATER! We we're then finally provided different accomodation which was 20 minutes away from where we originanally booked. We we're also split into two seperate rooms when he had paid a large sum of money to be central and all in one room. Some group in the accomodation had left off fire extinguishers and there was coke all over the floor of the staircase. This was still there 12 hours later. Incredibly dangerous and dirty, we have recieved no compensation considering we had NO HOT WATER for two days. Considering we had NO HOT WATER, our requests for compensation have been disregarded. I certianly will be telling all my friends about this place, so they don't have to suffer the same experience we had too. I've travelled across Europe and stayed in many different places, but this is BY FAR the worst i've ever came across. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
