埃克蘭酒店(Hotel les Ecrins)

このホテル最悪、エントランスのドアーが開かない。受付を含め従業員が誰もいない。やっと従業員と連絡がつき自転車で登場、この間1時間待たされる。エレベーターなし、荷物は自分で運ぶ。全てダメ。

Reserve una suite para 5 adultos. Se trata de un tercer piso sin ascensor y sin ventanas grandes, son tipo buhardilla. La habitación tenía hasta 6 camas más plegadas, algo que afea muchísimo y estorba a los huéspedes. Por otro lado, el frigorífico no enfría. Comunicamos la avería pero no nos lo han solucionado en los cuatro días que hemos estado alojados. La comida se puso mala y no nos dieron una solución. El último día, para hacer el check out, necesitábamos dejar el equipaje en consigna, y estaba cerrado. No nos cogían tampoco el móvil de contacto que nos habían dado. Nos fuimos y cuando regresamos a las 12, habían bloqueado el código de l habitación y no podíamos entrar a coger nuestro equipaje. Después de intentar contactar Fe varias formas, nos atendieron por teléfono y nos volvieron a dar un código nuevo. Fue un momento muy estresante que se podría haber evitado si nos hubieran atendido por la mañana temprano. En definitiva, la ubicación y las comodidades eran buenas, pero el trato y el servicio, no.

Je vous écris concernant mon séjour dans votre établissement. Je suis très déçue et mécontente des conditions d’accueil de la chambre 2 1. Outre l’absence de refill dans les thé et café que nous avons mentionné lors du checkout, nous nous sommes rendu compte que la bouteille du mini bar n’était pas scellée mais remplie d’eau du robinet. Je trouve cela déplorable de la part des clients précédents et ne compte pas payer pour leur ignominie et leur manque d’éducation. Le deposit demandé à l’arrivé n’a été mentionné dans aucun échange préalable. De plus je tiens à signaler que les clients occupant la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre non cessé de faire du bruit jusqu’à 23h passée et se faisait à nouveau entendre dès 7h le matin

Nice hotel and staff. Near to many attractions. Nearest metro station is only 100 mtrs from the hotel. Grand place is about 1 km from the hotel. There are lots of restaurents near by to explore. I will definitely recomend this hotel. Thank you Hotel LesEcrins for hosting us.

When arriving at the hotel, I was surprised to find that there was no reception desk. I had to buzz into the residence and was greeted by a member of the housekeeping team who told me that I should've received access details in advance. She kindly rang her boss who I spoke to, who then sent me the details to access my room for the night...or so I thought. Another one of the managers then rang her to say that I had actually been sent the access code, concerningly enough, to somebody else's room. It was then informed that my reservation had been canceled my booking two days ahead of my arrival as my credit card "hadn't worked". However, I had no record of this attempt on my online banking and in fact, a member of their accounts team had 'accidentally' taken payment in full on the morning of my arrival. When speaking to the manager on the phone, he told me that I had been contacted by email to inform me of the cancellation, an email which I had never received. I was then left to walk around Brussels late at night to find alternative accommodation in the dark, which was not exactly ideal when I had spent all day traveling and virtually all of the other hotels were fully booked that night. Although this hotel seems like good value, I find it perturbing that their management seems to be so careless with personal details including credit card information, as well as access details to their rooms. The set-up is very impersonal and generally not great, so if you are considering staying here, I would reconsider as there are many other hotels in Brussels where their customer service far exceeds that of Hotel Les Écrins.

Ninguna recepción, el check in era a partir de las 15h y no hubo nadie a mí llegada a las 18h ni por la noche ni a la mañana. La habitación muy mejorable, no se corresponde con las fotos. El wifi no funcionaba, no daba acceso a internet. Les mandé varios mensajes durante mi hospedaje para los códigos y por el wifi pero nunca respondieron. Si vienes de otro país, como era mi caso, da gusto que al menos pueda recibirte alguien por si necesitas algo o tienes cualquier duda. Lo mejor la ubicación y solo haber reservado una noche.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro, metro, canal. Si bien el hotel es pequeño y sencillo, es limpio y lindo, además el personal es muy cordial. Es un hotel ideal si buscas una buena ubicación, un lugar cómodo y seguro, y pasar poco tiempo ahi para salir a descubrir la ciudad y pasar la mayor parte del tiempo afuera.

接待很愉快。我們的房間在二樓。注意 ⚠ 沒有電梯。房間剛剛翻新過，非常舒適，浴室裡有一個非常漂亮的浴缸。不利的是，由於酒店的標誌，房間裡沒有百葉窗所以有點亮。注意 ⚠ 在接待室的 1 張單人大桌子上享用早餐......酒店位置優越。
