"We got there and our room smelled absolutely horrible like pet urine. We asked to get a new room and we were met with attitude. She told us all the rooms are pet rooms and that there was only one other room available. We took it and it smelled bad also but not as severe as the first room. When I tried to take a shower, the shower head sprayed everywhere but where it needed to resulting in a terrible shower and a soaking wet mess on the bathroom floor. The shower curtain was also installed inside out. The air conditioning produced such an awful noise that it kept us up in the night. The only reason we didn’t switch hotels was that we were exhausted after traveling over 15 hours. Very disappointing experience"

"Outstanding hotel that exceeded our expectations. I was afraid that despite some good reviews, the hotel had some issues, like it happened to us just the night before in another place. It is not brand new and indeed a two-star hotel but much better than other three-star hotels. Cozy hall. It was lovely decorated for Christmas. We used it to take some Christmas pics. Spacious and spotless room. No bad odors. We were also greatly surprised by the breakfast: exceeded again our expectations going beyond regular breakfast in this hotel category: sugar-free yogurt with different toppings, among others, fresh blueberries. Bacon & scrambled eggs, much better than the usual combo in other hotels. Very kind staff (front-desk, check-in. He agreed to print a document for us, also the lady during breakfast). We’ll definitely come back again when we are in the area."
