I had an excellent short stay at this hotel and would certainly stay there again. My greeting on arrival was very good and as soon as I mentioned I had an early start the next day a take out breakfast was arranged. (It lasted breakfast and lunch). The bar and restaurant were nice tho I only used the restaurant for a breakfast and that was very good. It's an easy walk to the Old City, supermarket and fast food places and a couple of good restaurants nearby. Generally a lovely hotel, big rooms, immaculate, I had a full size bath which was good after a long day. Tea/coffee making in the room, mini bar/ fridge

Albergo obsoleto e datato, per nulla rappresenta un 4 stelle. Buono il prezzo, la stanza ampia.

Good central hotel, although it looks unimpressive on the outside, the interior is beautiful, nicely decorated. Huge rooms, very comfortable and with all the amenities you could need.

Rarely have I encountered such a level of carelessness and aggressive behavior from hotel staff. I write this review with regret, but also with a sense of duty to warn other travelers. I booked a room for a foreign client at this hotel, which initially seemed promising: good location, decent prices, and seemingly acceptable services. The reality turned out to be completely different. On the last day of the stay, my client was accused of consuming minibar products worth approximately 25 euros. This wouldn’t be unusual if the accusation had any actual basis. However, the lady at the reception, utterly lacking in courtesy and professionalism, created an absurd scene, refusing to listen to any explanations, speaking only in Romanian (despite addressing a foreign guest), and even threatening to call the police. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation calmly and reasonably, we were met with disdain. We ended up paying the amount just to avoid further conflict, but the experience left a bitter taste. The staff’s behavior reflects not only a complete lack of professional training but also a hostile attitude toward guests. A self-respecting hotel would never employ people like this. I strongly advise you to avoid this place. If you’re looking for a pleasant experience in Bucharest, look elsewhere. Here, you risk not only your money but also your dignity.

Hotel non molto pulito: c'erano capelli in bagno. Vasca da bagno scomoda (molto alta....una persona anziana non potrebbe entrare ed uscire in sicurezza). Il profumo del detersivo per le lenzuola troppo persistente da disturbare il sonno. Cuscini troppo alti e scomodi. Colazione di scarsa qualità.

Albergo un po' vecchio e poco curato. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro in un quarto d'ora. Colazione dolce molto poco fornita e sala ristorante molto piccola. Letto per terza persona scomodo e basso. Vasca molto alta e scomodissima.

Very clean hotel, that ticked all our boxes. Breakfast was good and the service was great All the staff I interacted with were polite and went out of their way to help. I'd highly recommend without hesitation if you are looking for a basic stay.

Location: a 15 walk into Old Town or a shirt taxi ride (depending on the traffic). No real amenities in the vicinity. Food: breakfast is pretty standard continental Rooms: spacious with plenty of storage Decor: lots of dark wood in restaurant and reception area. Ambience: a bit lacking
