海明威公寓(Hotel Hemingway Residence)

Très bel hôtel ! Emplacement parfait, très proche des centres d’intérêts de Bucarest. Propreté à revoir mais ils viennent toutes les nuits nettoyer les chambres !

Abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel Residence per la mancanza di pulizia. I bagni puzzavano di fogna. I miei genitori hanno dovuto chiedere il cambio della camera per la puzza di fogna e di un'altra puzza nauseante di cui non abbiamo capito la provenienza. La pulizia non è giornaliera. Sotto ai letti è pieno di polvere e sotto ad un letto c'era, addirittura, una sigaretta. Tanti soldi spesi, ma soggiorno pessimo.

O quarto parecia bonito no início mas depois de algum tempo a abrir as malas etc reparei em alguns detalhes. O toalheiro caiu da parede e a duche estava estragada. As luzes no quarto são muito más e não iluminam o suficiente. Os empregados são incompetentes, falei com a mulher na recepção e pedi um táxi para me levar ao aeroporto no dia seguinte às 5 da manhã. À noite voltei à recepção para confirmar a que horas vinha o táxi etc, a mulher disse me que estava tudo pronto e que o táxi estaria à minha espera às 5 da manhã. No dia seguinte fui à recepção perguntar se o meu táxi já tinha chegado, não estava lá a mulher mas sim um homem que parecia estar muito confuso, depois de esperar 15min tive de chamar um bolt porque o táxi não veio e se tivesse esperado mais tempo iria perder o avião. Se puderem evitem este hotel ao máximo.

Struttura sita in un ottima posizione. Personale cordiale e attento. È parlata ogni lingua in modo da poter dare un ottimo servizio ad ogni ospite. Siamo stati accolti dai proprietari che ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su come muoverci. Al check-out c’era un’altra signora molto cortese. La reception è aperta 24 ore su 24 e i receptionist della sera e della notte sono stati,anche loro, molto gentili. Struttura pulita e confortevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Rooms needed updated but were clean and adequate. The seats were uncomfy to sit in front of the tv, perhaps a tv on the wall in the bedroom. We had free food in the refrigerator! possibly still there. !! However, staff made up for it, couldn't do enough for you, and breakfast was croissants, rolls, cheese,ham, cucumber, tomatoes and cereal. coffee from machine.

The elevator didn't work The staff was rude The room was filthy The bed was broken The breakfast was disgusting I will never go back to this hotel even if they pay me to stay the ruined my vacation. They were never helpful until i told them that i will write this review. Also the shower was so small that it was impossible to take a shower

Hotel rooms in serious need of renovations. Lots of damage all over the room. No heat for the first night. Offered extra blankets by front desk. Open ceiling by bathroom led us to believe the heat was under repair. Kitchen had nothing in it. No dishes etc. we had to ask front desk for basic supplies several times and it was quite a challenge to get even basic items. Location is ok. A few good restaurants near by. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
