卡羅酒店(Caro Hotel)

Good clean and cozy rooms, good breakfast, kind staff but not effective all time.

Book only when nothing else available 😂

Horrible experience. Loud party downstairs extending late in the night, no soundproofing, so the music and noise was very audible from the room, staff unwilling to solve repeated noise complaints or change our room. Never returning. Also, found a dead bug in the small pillow case. Unable to sleep because of the noise. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP!

Very Friendly Staff. Super amenities. Joana was very helpful and pleasant. Good food from the restaurant. The room was decent. The hotel is located in a very heart of town makes moving around easy and convenient Will surely stay again. Pleasant experience.

I was there with friends and boyfriend for 3 days. First of, I have to say how polite and positive the staff was, always smiling and helpfull with knowledge of english which can be a problem sometimes in Bucharest. The room(standard) was clean very clean and bright, terrace as well. But would remove tge netting. The only thing I would change was the colors and/or design of the room that was a little bit outdated. The restaurant was a bit outdated too, but the hostess was very polite and nice. Food was good, fresh, well seasoned and diverse. But I would include it in the room price. Since it was NYE the whole hotel was nicely decorated. There was parking at the hotel, but it was not included in the room price. I believe it should be free for the guests of the hotel. But all in all, a good experience and would recommend it :)

My experience at Caro Hotel was half and half. I say that because at first i booked an Economy Room which was not even close to a 4 star hotel. I would say that a 2 star is more then enough to it. From the way it looked to its cleaning. Ioana, the girl that was on duty that night and the way she talked to me and treated my challenge was the only reason I stayed for the night. We talked in a really calm way and she proved professionalism, she is a sales woman indeed and the correct person to handle this kind of issues. She listened, she came with the right words and in the next day she surprised me by giving me a nice hotel room and a very nice experience. The Premium room is worth the money, very high-tech and also really clean. To be honest, I don’t feel like the prices for the Economy rooms are fair, it made me feel like someone was screwing my money. Overall, i recommend this hotel as long as the Economy rooms are out of discussion. Also I think that having Ioana and the way she is, is a very strong plus for the hotel. For sure i would have left if it was not for her.

Horrible experience in the New Year’s Eve! I couldn’t eat nothing, just bread. 🤮 We paid 160€ /dinner/pers and We got food from Mega Image.

The room was very clean, smelled fresh, looked like a luxurious place for a good price. The hotel staff was helpful if we need it, that made us to comeback again. The hotel has a good location, giving us access to places around where we need it to go.
