不值這個價格，服務很差～

Gorgeous house, despite being 100 years old the building is well-maintained, bathrooms renovated tastefully and with high end materials. Great location near the city’s center, welcoming staff, wrought iron gate opened by doorbell and reception activated. Queen Maria used this building for her and her entourage, as I understand it. The biggest problem is the smoking inside the building despite their advertisement as “non-smoking”. Either they don’t enforce it or someone in their staff constantly smokes inside. The stench goes up into the rooms. I like it very cold for sleeping so I had the window open despite the colder weather in February. But it still doesn’t do it. The often noise of ambulances woke me up constantly. It is very bothersome to me, more so since I am here for a family medical emergency and will be in this room for 2 weeks. I paid close to $2,000. It’s unacceptable to have this happening. Their policy is that this money is non-refundable. The receptionist explained yesterday (Monday) that it’s “very hard” to enforce the non-smoking rule because some guests still smoke in the room. But today, Tuesday he changed his tune and tried to explain to me that I must be imagining it and it “could” be the incense they are burning in the main hall I am smelling. To his logic, I wonder, why burn incense used for covering cigarette smoke if nobody’s smoking?! I explained the smell of the incense is different and clearly it’s trying to cover the stench of cigarette smoke, which is very unpleasant and quite intense. Of course, he being there in the front hall immersed in the stench means he can’t smell it anymore, even though he doesn’t smoke himself (good to know it’s not him!). Not returning here!

C’est un hôtel bien situé, au calme tout en étant près du centre ville. Il a beaucoup de charme et de belles grandes chambres. Le petit déjeuner est convenable sans être mirobolant. Mais le gros bémol, c’est le ménage qui n’est des fois pas fait du tout et des fois vite bâclé ! Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, c’est inadmissible ! Donc il faut vraiment revoir le service en chambre.

I booked this hotel because it was the nearest hotel to the city center,with free parking.The building and the decoration of the hotel is nice,and they are the only positive. I booked a double room of 20m2,for single use.Arriving there late in the night,they gave me a underground room,with a small window at the top of the wall and when I denied to stay there,they gave me a very small room,that there was no space to open my suitcase. The bed sheets were torn and one morning I found a cockroach in the bathroom. There is no elevator. The breakfast is well decorated ,but poor. The neighborhood is near the city center,but on don’t feel safe walking there the night (very dark). The three last nights of staying there,we used the room for two persons.The difference in price for all the levels of the rooms,between single and double use,including breakfast (as it is written in ***********e) for three nights was 15€.They demanded and I paid80€(390lei).REAL THEFT!!!!!

Charmant hotel in het centrum van Boekarest. Mooie kamer en zeer goed ontbijt. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Klein minpuntje wanneer je verblijft in de villa: de verlichting van de tuin blijft de hele nacht aan zodat het niet donker is in de slaapkamer.

La recepcionista muy profesional y amable. El desayuno muy bueno.

Excelente em tudo. Começamos por parar o carro à porta do hotel sem ter de pagar. A surpresa foi quando entramos. Um verdadeiro museu. O tipo de casa, a decoração e o ambiente é fantástico. Excelentes empregado sem qualquer problema em falar inglês. Quarto grande, super agradável e sem barulho nem luz a entrar pelas janelas. Pequeno almoço muito agradável e, para terminar com violinista a tocar à noite. Muito boa localização. Zona calma e com possibilidades de ir a pé para qualquer parte do centro. Excelente. Pena não poder classificar com mais estrelas.

美麗的老建築，有很多特色 非常漂亮的庭院，可以坐下來享受晚間飲品。很棒的員工。不錯的早餐。肯定會再次使用 擔心周邊地區看起來有點破舊，但沒有問題 入口也有點難找
