Worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. Stayed in Accessible King Suite with Sofabed & Roll In Shower. No fold-out bench in shower. Asked front desk about a shower chair, young woman working was confused as to what it even was. Only suggestion was to give us a dirty chair from the pool. Used IHG app chat to try to resolve, they called hotel and no answer so opened they opened a complaint case file. No clock at all in room. Couldn’t close both shades so headlights and floodlights lit up room all night. Went to take shower and couldn’t use handheld part because the handle to turn it on/off was broken off. Went to front desk to complain of that and asked for “manager on duty” and was told she wasn’t there. I said she wasn’t there the previous day either and was told that “must be her day off”. No help whatsoever. Also sent messages through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to receive same excuse of “talk to onsite staff”. Onsite staff does NOT care.

The room was not properly cleaned-the floor was FILTHY. We were notified that there would be NO HOUSEKEEPING services during our stay due to understaffing, Common areas including the elevator (which did not work on our last day) were frequently dirty - caked with mud. The breakfast buffet was poorly maintained with empty or missing items including the fruit bowl. My room key would not work for the exercise area and no one was at the front desk to let me in. Shower curtain was comical - it did not fit therefore water was all over the floor after every shower. I requested extra towels and was assured they would be delivered - they were not. I sent all this to Hilton Express Customer service and asked for a partial refund. They gave me points???? Believe me, I will NEVER stay at a Hilton Inn again!

I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express hotels over the years. This one would be down towards the bottom of my list in general. Here's why I put it at the very bottom now: Our room had zero carpet and it was all vinyl flooring. Not a huge deal in itself, except the cleaning method they use was the worst. The moment we stepped in the room , it was just an overpowering smell of cleaners and chemical. There was a residue on the floor as well. We immediately went downstairs in our course of another room. The other room was on a different floor even but it was the same exact thing. The floor was gross, there was no way I wanted my feet or even socks on it. We bought a mop at Walmart and cleaned it with just fresh water. The residue coming up off the floor was gross. After this the odor was much much better but we still did not touch that floor all weekend with barefoot or socks. We had no choice because other hotels were full and too expensive at that point. Photos are before cleaning, dirty water dump after general mopping and then after cleaning.

Chara and Tina at the front desk were very nice and attentive. The rooms were clean & breakfast was amazing. Worth the stay!

The location is great. The room was nice clean & comfortable. The breakfast items had many choices that we all liked. It was a friendly & nice experience The best part of it all is their customer service especially Tina Vang. Thank you so much Tina. Our family & friends would definitely come back.

Although there were a couple of minor issues, the staff was eager to address and correct them. Tina is great to work with and ready to facilitate my needs at any moment.

The facilities were fine. When we checked in there was only one person working and she struggled with the computer system for 20 minutes before we got our keys. She was also the same person cooking breakfast the next morning, while also manning the front desk.

Elevator didn’t work for 1 day Was presented the wrong room Key cards kept deactivating

The toilet paper holder was across the bathroom above the sink and almost above my head!! I informed the staff when I checked out. The response; wish you would’ve told us sooner.” I was going to a wedding. What about the housekeeping staff that cleaned the room, multiple times and placed the TO there!! Room was clean, blackout curtains worked well. A bit difficult to find due to construction.. overall a good stay
