八角旅館(House Octogon)

Comfortable and convenient place to stay . It is central located but quiet. I had the most peaceful night sleep. Everything was in walking distance. The place is very clean. Staff is amazing and super friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Definitely a place to return 😊

We stayed for 3 nights at House Octogon and it was just perfect. Had everything you'd expect, clean, spacious rooms, beautifully kept and the balcony was an extra touch. Highly recommend staying here. It's so close to the city center and surrounded by lots of lovely coffee shops and bars.

Old and very dirty building. We booked apartmant with balcony but after booking we saw it was only for longer period so we asked the host and he told us he'll give us apartment same like that one but without balcony but it wasn't even close to that one, there was no kitchen, bed was too small for two adults, there was a window where people can see you from hallway, no fresh air and no privacy, shampoo was used and filled with something else. When we reviewed him (with bad grade), he accused us of using mini bar and not paying, after that I looked his review on few pages and saw he already told that to other people who gave him bed review, so watch out!! Worst experience ever! I do not recommend this apartment to anyone!!

I want to thank the staff of these apartments, they showed the utmost support and attention. The apartment is excellent (everything is clean, well maintained). We are very satisfied with the accommodation and service! Thank you very much!

Poche parole penso che possano bastare per rendere l’idea. sconsigliatissimo principalmente per la cattiva educaazione e scortesia del personale,accusando addirittura me ed i miei amici di aver consumato al mini bar nelle stanze,quantità di bevande maggiori rispetto a quelle effettive. Per non parlare della struttura,poco pulita e funzionalità molto scadenti. ASSOLUTAMENTE NON ANDATECI!

Personale scortese e molto venale ,palazzo dispersivo senza ascensore e in condizioni pietose mal conservato,pulizia scarsa. Consiglio a tutti di controllare le quantità dei prodotti nel mini frigo perché fanno conteggi a proprio piacimento

Ho alloggiato nella struttura dal 23 al 26 Febbraio con 12 persone. La nostra esperienza è stata negativa non solo per la scortesia del personale ma per il trattamento riservatoci. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo lasciato una cauzione di 200 euro che ci è stata restituita in parte, in quanto hanno trattenuto 40 euro di mini bar dichiarando quantità di consumo maggiori rispetto a quelle reali. Lo attestano le foto di cui sono in possesso. Inoltre ci hanno fatto pagare 12 euro per un’asciugamano che a detta loro era sporca e necessitava di lavaggio in lavanderia. La cosa mi sembra assurda! Anticipatamente abbiamo pagato la pulizia delle camere ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto il cambio degli asciugamani, anzi su nostra richiesta di asciugamani puliti ci hanno addebitato ulteriori 10 euro a cambio per camera. La struttura in ogni caso era fatiscente è sporca!sconsiglio a tutti!Esperienza negativissima.

La posizione è super vantaggiosa.
