Lovely place and staff

它離市中心有點遠，但乘坐公共交通工具很容易到達！設施也很乾淨寬敞。尤其是淋浴間很寬敞。附近有Tesco Mart，可以輕鬆買到飲料和零食！！

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Parking garage was a bit of a hassle though...having to swipe key card to enter and garage space is narrow.

I stayed for 5 nights; you can hear everything spoken in all rooms, room doors feel like castle gates, and it's as if an earthquake happens when people close their doors at midnight. There was a huge hole in the curtain. Beds are old and uncomfortable, making creaky noises. The staff is friendly, breakfast is satisfactory, but the room is not good. They replaced damaged items in the room, but the carpet is stained, towels are stained, and curtains are torn. The only positives are the friendly staff, breakfast, and strong hot water pressure

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. When we got to the hotel the staff were not welcoming and were getting mad at other guests. The rooms were dirty especially the bathrooms. I do not recommend staying here. On the other hand, the breakfast wasn’t so bad.

從接待到打掃房間，工作人員都非常優秀。房間非常乾淨，管道狀況良好。早餐種類比較豐富。飯店距離遊客中心7公里，但距離飯店步行5分鐘內有一個地鐵站，旁邊有一個大型購物中心，設有美食廣場和雜貨店。飯店唯一的缺點是沒有迎賓瓶裝飲用水。對於一家四星級酒店來說，這真是太棒了。

The Good: - The breakfast was amazing - see picture, also the price for the breakfast (17€) was good - best breakfast ever - fresh and very big variety. - Service Personal at front desk and breakfast room was friendly and professional. - The bed was comfortable and the room was large. The Bad: Room: - When loading the smartphone and unplugging the adapter, the whole socket board has followed. Poorly glued to the wall of the room with a few dots of glue. - One light at the ceiling was hanging out of the ceiling, one was not working. - Big stain on the carpet - Bathroom had an furred up tap - at which the chrome coating had been already partly removed by the cleaning activities - should be replace with a new one, since coating is permanently damaged. - Towels holder is mounted over the toilett - why would you need towels when sitting on the toilet? Better place would be next to the shower or sink. - No tray mounted in the shower to put your glasses or shower gel on it - you need to put everthing you need to shower on the floor of the shower - never seen at any hotel or bed & breakfast. - The trigger for the water flush of the toilett disappered in the wall after pushing it - Bin in the bathroom already contained a used razerblade and a paper towel when I used it - the lid of the bin was broken Summary: I took the best class room (Junior Suite) to be safe from such bad things (Standard Room =＞ Superior Room =＞ Junior Suite), but was disappointed. My company has payed 120€ per day without breakfast for this room. Would be a fair price when above would be fixed / not happen. Room 1042 Time: 25th and 26th October 2022 (2 nights)
