La venta da a las escaleras del edificio. Puntos positivos: Limpio, metro y bus cerca, opciones de comiday supermercados

This accommodation is comprising of a few rooms in a block of flats. Old and run down building with no signs from the outside, so you need to guess which door it is. Walking distance to underground station and airport express bus stop. Lots of shops and cafes around. Room is on the smallish side, bed is uncomfortable, two single beds pushed together. Every night was some very loud noise, sounds like a pump or a boiler, which kept waking me up.

地理位置優越。辦理入住手續的過程並不順利。身為女性旅行者感覺不太安全。沒有前台，也不清楚你該去哪裡。我出現在一棟空蕩蕩、令人毛骨悚然的公寓大樓裡。有一個電話號碼可以撥打，但如果你只有一個 esim 並且沒有下載 WhatsApp，那麼就無法與他們溝通。我等了大約30分鐘，正在考慮尋找另一個住宿地點，因為我認為沒有辦法辦理入住。最終一個男人出現並讓我進去。房間本身看起來就像圖片一樣。肯定不隔音。

房間本身還可以，乾淨但有幾個地方需要注意。然而，它位於一棟非常破舊的建築中，門外有垃圾（見圖片），吵鬧的鄰居讓你睡到很晚，第一件事就是叫醒你。那裡也感覺很不安全。當然不適合單身女性旅行者。非常失望，迫不及待地想離開。 圖片看起來很棒，但我們收到的房間與預訂的房間完全不同。 管理該物業的人彬彬有禮且專業。但除此之外，如果您想享受輕鬆的旅行，則需要在其他地方預訂。

住宿的隔音效果很差。我們小聲說話，在走廊裡仍然可以聽到。同時，外界的聲音也會非常清晰地傳入。另外，房間裡有很濃的劣質香精味，會很刺鼻。

Very clean and well situated. Kitchen was basic but sufficient for a short stay. Property description refers to black out curtains and sound proofing but had neither. Not street noise, noise from other apartments. Also booked a queen bed which was 2 singles together. Mattress was very solid so between that, the light and the noise it wasn’t a very restful stay!

Perfect walking distance from everything in Budapest. Highly recommend

A little bit difficult to initially find the check in area. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with the fridge in our room. They couldn't fix the fridge so quickly moved us into another apartment, the maintenance man even helped us to move our things :) Apartment was a short walk from the check in area but the map they supplied us with was easy to follow. Great area, close to sights and restaurants. Apartment was clean and a/c was very a huge bonus especially when the temps were in excess of 90F! Great value for money. Would stay here again.

We arrived late from our original time, but Budapest Holidays were able to accmodate us, and even upgraded our stay to another apartment because of a last minute facility issue. The upgraded apartment was easily accesible by lift, and we made use of the air con as it was extremely hot during our stay. The property was immaculate, secure, and seemed brand new. It was also close to Metro and bus connections, as well as a short walk to the Jewish quarter where the famous Ruin Bars are mostly located. Check out was a breeze, and we were able to store our luggage at their main office location nearby. Great location and property overall.
