I recently stayed at the hotel and it was the worst room ever. There was water fungus on the ceiling which made the room feel damp and unclean. The food was the worst I've ever had, completely inedible and tasteless. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful, making the entire experience even worse. The bathroom didn't have any slippers, which is a basic amenity that was sorely missed. The internet connection was practically non-existent, making it impossible to get any work done or even browse the web. The TV only had cable with no internet connection, severely limiting entertainment options. To top it all off, the AC was malfunctioning, making the room either too hot or too cold. I would not recommend Regenta Place Sabrina to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay.

Very friendly staff and management staff (sales) are very helpful and nice ambience Food was very great and tasty . It is near to the city with amazing views of hills and city view in nights. The rooms are comfortable and very clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff are very good.

I particularly appreciated the smooth check-in process and their helpful recommendations for local dining and activities. The on-site facilities, including the restaurant and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to the overall convenience of the stay. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety of options. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is that I encountered minor delays with communication on one occasion. However, this did not significantly impact the quality of my stay. I would highly recommend Hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable experience with excellent service. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Prime location, the hotel was more amazing and elegant as I had emagined, as it's a five star hotel I appreciate that you have all the requirements here, from spa to gym and all the karaoke. And that you even added a sewing kit. I had an amazing day here.

Thanks to the staff in the Roof Top of the hotel, who was very nice with they smiles, kindness and delicacy, service was perfect, thank you, thank you! There was a very beautiful view of the towm and all lights during Divali! the room was very clean. Thanks for these perfects services.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were polite and professional. In dine food was great, although little disappointed with breakfast as were little options for veg. Roof top ambience was great. Recommended !
