"Do not even bother. Upon arriving we were hit with an almost €200 service charge for ‘water, electricity, gas and housekeeping’ we are yet to receive any type of housekeeping 6 days into our stay. The pool is unusable at this time of year, which unfortunately we didn’t expect. We have moved rooms three times in the first 3 days. Our first room had a leak, we had an empty water ‘canister’ as apparently water isn’t supplied yet undrinkable tap water is apart of the service charges? Our shower had no hot water and was leaking every use as well as the toilet so it constantly smelt like sewers. We then moved rooms the second day. Not a single TV worked in any rooms so we had to ask for the wifi, someone came to fix it once and then it stopped working. We asked everyday for this to be fixed and nobody came. My partner put the washing machine on while we went to the beach, we came back to our things absolutely ruined, the whole floor flooded. We had no gas in that room due to the canister being empty so were unable to even cook food, the toilet flusher was broken in both rooms. Due to this leak we then moved rooms again. We were supplied with no towels, an unusable TV, no wifi, no pool and a lighter (for the hob) that had no fluid in so didn’t even work (we had to buy our own before the shops closed). There were many more uncleanly issues, too many to even write in here. After asking for a refund for this horrible experience we were refunded €41. Unacceptable. This refund was done after 2/3 days of constant asking. The manager is apparently never in to speak to and the workers have to speak to him/her over the phone about a simple refund. The wardrobes smelt damp, the boilers leak in every apartment, there is ALWAYS a leak coming from somewhere on the floor, body wash must be apart of their ‘premium package’ as we were only supplied one in the second room that im assuming was intended for someone else as we had to unexpectedly move. We are now left with ruined clothes, shoes and bags from the unusable washing machine, may as well use rain water to wash your clothes or simply leave your clothes on the floor while the washing machine leaks for that extra damp scent. Don’t bother coming here if you have no car as you will find yourself walking 2 hours on bypasses round dangerous bends from the ‘main town’ as there are no taxis available. The whole hotel is a ghost town. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY."
