Very good hotel with nice service and professional staff always available to help you resolve uncomfortable situations easy to find easy to stay in a good a strategic position the view on the spa and restaurat simple amazing the room was much larger and comfortable than average thank you all staff tre canne

Do not eat here!! Visited the restaurant with outstanding views to have the worst dining experience of our holiday! My whit fish tagliatelle was cold and not as described on the menu. I told the waiter who promptly took it back to the kitchen, it was returned piping hot but was sooo salty couldn’t eat it! The 3 others ordered bbq ribs, looked delicious on the menu picture which showed a rack of chargrilled ribs. They were served one large, white rib with soggy potato wedges underneath. When we pointed out the difference with photo, response was that’s how we cook them!! Asked them to discount bill as they weren’t edible and they refused. Said we could have free deserts!! Couldn’t get out quick enough….4 star, more like no stars!!

Das Hotel ist eines der besten Hotels in Budva . Man ist sehr schnell in der Altstadt , im Zentrum und am Strand . Der Service an der Rezeption ist perfekt . Die Zimmer sind groß und hochwertig ausgestattet . Der Pool muss dringend saniert werden . Die Parkplätze sind kostenlos . Wir kommen wieder .

We went there 3 friends and restaurat waitirs is really rude. We ask take tips from credit card and his don’t accept it then we try order some things they are start to rude attidue and don’t give more service to us but we saw they continue to with other table’s it’s unacceptable

We stayed at here for a short trip to visit Budva, a really friendly staff and clean and modern hotel with a great location on the middle of the seaside *****, Old Town a 10 min walk and the beach is right next ro the hotel. Parking is available securely if you have a hire car and there is a infinity pool and spa for those on a health kick.

Посещал местный СПА, цена 25 евро Из 3 саун работала одна Тропические душевые в комнате отдыха не работали Музыка играет в коридоре очень громко (мешает в сауне и комнате отдыха) Душ в раздевалке работал плохо, без теплой воды Пол в раздевалке весь в воде В бассейне работала только часть массажоров Если бы не минусы перечисленные выше, можно было сказать, что хорошее цена-качество, но увы. Не рекомендую

Насмотревшись на фото на сайте отеля и ознакомившись со всеми предоставляемыми услугами, ехали в Tre Canne полные надежд на отличное размещение. Реальность, к сожалению, очень отличалась. Заселились достаточно быстро и это порадовало, но сам номер (брали апартаменты с видом на город) оказался очень "уставшим", пошарпаным, грязным. Пришлось сразу обращаться за полотенцами, просить надеть наволочку на подушку (так и не сделали), телевизор был только в гостинной, средства для ванной взяли свои, иначе пришлось бы покупать, так как предоставляемые оставляют желать лучшего. Завтрак, включён в стоимость, но это ещё большее разочерование. Отвратительный кофе из автомата, всего пару видов не самых вкусных фруктов, странные десерты. Омлет и тосты можно заказывать у официанта, но это есть невозможно. За эти деньги можно было найти вариант лучше. Не рекомендую!!!

Caution! This is by far the worst hotel I have been to with the worst customer service! We had problems with electricity, dirty rooms and bedding, disgusting food, the whole building is dirty and this should be a 5 star hotel?!? Joke! The best thing they can do is brag and charge high prices and deceive customers. We got no help and our whole stay was about running right and left to ask for help but it never came. They come all the time with excuses and even though we had to cancel our holiday prematurely due to the hotel, we received no compensation. Do not make the same mistake as us as we saw other guests every day with the same inconvenience as us!
