Sold by Balkan holidays as a superior room??? Mmmm we had to climb over the toilet to get out the shower.... Nice balcony but no view... Good sized room.... We had paid half board which was a BIG mistake... Breakfast was fab but our first night we are certain the hotel had no idea we were having an evening meal... Other nights we were offered soup EVERY night as a starter (it hit 46deg). So not a great choice chidken, pork fish or pasta., a lettuce or cabbage salad.... Literally that! And a desert.... We chose to eat out a lot? Eventually we were asked what we wanted for dinner and had tuna salad, chicken salad which was great! On the plus side the staff were absolutely amazing except for the owner who was a miserable madam

Not recommended at all. From beginning to end a huge disappointment to say the least. Overall, massively overpriced for what is delivered. - Night shift can’t help with anything (doesn’t speak English). After arriving late I was told there is no booking for me even though there was. No apology at all for the inconvenience - Regular description of the hotel on booking said rooms come with balcony. Not all rooms have balcony. I had no view at all - Access card had to be reinstated 3 times as it just stopped working - Had to pay fuel for a car that wasn’t filled properly. The lady in the hotel told me that it was not her mistake, but I booked the car with them. Blaming the guest for their responsibility. - except for one receptionist no one really can help or understands English - hairdryer fixed to the wall and more of a reverse vacuum cleaner. But works. Few positives, the whole place is clean. Breakfast decent and location is also ok. About 25-30 minutes walk to Old Town.
